Walked into to this salata after months of not coming, saw it had completely new workers as i used to be a regular customer and knew some of the old employees. First bad thing i saw, was only one girl on the line while she was taking two people already?? Before I would always see 4 people on the line moving steady. After waiting for around 10 minutes because no one else was on the line, A girl with glasses comes out with other girl that had an apron on. They walked out laughing as if they weren’t even working . Like hello?!?!?! I was already annoyed at this point from waiting. The girl with glasses just comes up to me not even asking me anything just waiting for me to say something?? I told her I wanted a small salad with spinach. She had to refill it as there was no more in the line. She proceeds to tell me there’s no more??? Like are you kidding me after having to wait 10 minutes i’m dealing with nonsense and unprofessional workers. She goes to the back to go get spinach as if i didn’t just wait 20+ minutes already. The whole rest of the interaction was horrible i felt her constant bluntness, rude attitude, and just like wanted to get my salata order done so she could go back into the back to do whatever nonsense she was doing.On top of all that, the girl didn’t even ask me what else I wanted. She rushed through my order, completely skipped asking about croissant and pita chips, and I ended up leaving with nothing I actually wanted. And the second she passed my bowl to another girl, she just walked straight to the back without checking me out or even acknowledging me. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful like she couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of her job.

My Go To spot for a great salad. Staff is usually very nice but I've had a time or two when a staff member wasn't as pleasant as I feel she should have been. I work in customer service so I pay attention to the little things. But overall I love this place, I eat here about twice a month

I am so deeply disappointed that your ‘in house’ lemonade drinks have artificial dyes in them. My son has a severe red dye allergy, but we assumed that you were using fresh ingredients and natural coloring for something that you are presenting as a healthier option than regular soda. Especially given your marketing as ‘healthy food’ He had 1/4 of a cup before I noticed that it was turning his mouth red. I immediately stopped him and asked the staff. They got out the bottle of corn syrup, artificial colors and artificial flavoring and I was shocked. We are frequent customers to your store & really feel betrayed by the inclusion of red dye in drinks that are given away to children with their meal. My son is currently having a reaction to the small amount that he had today—I can’t even imagine if he had multiple cups. Please add a warning and/or switch to drink mixes with natural coloring. It’s really the least you can do. Update: I was told that I would be contacted about my issue. To date, I haven’t been contacted at all. Disappointing

The food was not the best I have been to this specific location several times and I recently noticed that the service has not been the same than what it was a few weeks ago specifically I think the change is from a new worker I don't know her name she appears to be the manager because she is the only worker that wears a shirt with a collar she was being extremely disrespectful by rolling her eyes at me several times she was also rushing me when taking my order I did not fell welcomed at all I am even debating on never returning to this location due to the disrespect I was given.

I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.

The location is nice restaurant itself clean. My issues is when ordering toppings they only give you a small half of scoop if that's protocol for saving expenses on food cost that's fine but if I'm asking for additional at my own expense an attitude is not needed I'm clearly paying for what I want right? Side note the way I like my salad may not be the way you like yours but to judge or give an attitude as if I'm asking for you to pay for what I'm ordering is beyond offensive. Need to work on customer service especially in this economy where every dollar counts. I rather spend my money elsewhere.

I don’t like how I walked in and was greeted but everyone else behind me was then where i asked for more topping she looked at me with a rude look as if she didn’t want to put more the food was great but the service is horrible and it came off as if they had a issue because I was black I would not recommend this spot

If I’m paying an arm and leg for a salad and cup of soup, I’d at least love it if the soup cups don’t leak and the salad containers are more sturdy than a wet piece of paper.

Nothing wrong with the food or even the service, however, silverware always seems stained and every time I pick up from here they never have the cookies ready. This is very time consuming and a disservice to not only us drivers but for their customers.
