My boyfriend took me for mother's day and it was not good 🫤 we felt very rushed. The food was not very good. I ordered an 8oz sirloin steak rare and it came out undercooked.. it was closer to blue/raw. It had a jellowy gummy texture. We both ordered the house soup with our meals which we originally did not even receive. We had to let the server know that we never recieved it and when we did finally get it, it came out cold. My boyfriend ordered the filet Oscar-medium rare with Mac and cheese. The steak was overcooked and his Mac and cheese was cold... the manager came by and reheated our food for us and said he would speak to the kitchen but over all it was a very expensive disaster. We ended up having to go out and get different food later that night. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone especially not for a special night out!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at Saltgrass in Biloxi, and I just have to share how amazing our experience was! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. Our server, Aaron, made us feel right at home. He was friendly, funny, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu. He recommended the perfect wine to pair with our meal, and every dish he suggested was spot-on. His attention to detail made our evening extra special. The food was absolutely incredible. My husband had the steak, and I had the grilled shrimp, both cooked to perfection. The sides were fresh and flavorful, and we couldn’t stop talking about how great everything tasted. It was exactly what we were hoping for – a relaxed, delicious dinner. Rose, the manager, also made our night unforgettable. She stopped by to check on us, and the tables that surrounded us and we could tell she genuinely cared about everyone’s experience. Her kindness and the way she made sure we had everything we needed truly stood out. We had the perfect evening, and I can't thank Aaron and Rose enough for their excellent service. We'll definitely be back for another wonderful dinner together!

Miss Shirley was absolutely amazing. The food was good. This is the second time that I’ve been here and I highly recommend it if you’re in Biloxi if you’re not a seafood person, this is definitely the best restaurant to come to.

We had a great experience at Saltgrass Steak House- Nashville this evening. Probably the best waitress I have ever had anywhere, Kiersten, struck a perfect balance as she interacted with us. She responded promptly, professionally, and yet very personable as we inquired about the menu and our choices. All of our meals were amazing, and after we enjoyed our dinner, Kiersten recommended the carrot cake for dessert, it was equally delicious as well as large enough she sent our leftovers home to enjoy later. The evening was very enjoyable and we highly recommend SALTGRASS- Nashville!!

Finally able to give them a try, on New year's eve. We ordered some drinks while we waited, which tasted like all mixer and no alcohol. I over heard others taking about waiting for ever for a table, or waiting for a server to take their order, I understand it was New Years eve, so that doesn't bother me so much, but our food was less than spectacular. our steaks while cooked as requested to temperature, were very charred on the out side, and our broccoli side had a grit in most of the florets, my wife compared it to a sand like texture. sorry to say, I don't think we will be back.

The noise was so bad, and it was topped with screaming kids that I left without finishing my dinner and was sick for almost two days afterward from a horrible migraine.

"What an Absolute Trainwreck of a Meal and Experience" If I could give zero stars, I would. Saltgrass Grill in Branson has redefined terrible service, incompetent management, and inedible food. Let's start with the takeout: promised ready at 6:45 PM, yet I stood there waiting until 7:45 PM like a fool. Apparently, time means nothing to this establishment. No apology, no explanation--just blank stares and attitude from the staff. When I finally got my food, I thought, "At least now I can enjoy it." Oh, how wrong I was. The steak wasn't just burnt--it was charred and shriveled to a charcoal briquette. It looked and tasted like something scraped off the bottom of a filthy grill. The shrimp? Overcooked rubber bullets. I wouldn't serve this to my worst enemy, let alone feed it to my family. But the real star of this disaster was the management. When after an hour post pickup time I asked what the status was, the manager was rude, dismissive, and as helpful as a screen door on a sinking ship. Instead of addressing the problem, I was essentially told, "Too bad; it is what it is." Apparently, quality customer service is too woke of a concept here. Save your money, your time, your stomach and your sanity. Saltgrass Grill in Branson is an embarrassment to the restaurant industry. This was, hands down, the worst dining experience I've ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saltgrass Steakhouse in San Marcos, TX, and it was truly a memorable experience. My best friend's party was a huge success, thanks in large part to our amazing server, Michelle L. From start to finish, Michelle took care of us with outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our large group. Her ability to manage the needs of everyone in our party without missing a beat was impressive. If you ever find yourself at Saltgrass with a big group or planning a special celebration, make sure to ask for Michelle—she will make sure you have the best time possible! The food was fantastic as well, with perfectly cooked steaks and delicious sides that complemented the meal perfectly. I highly recommend this location for both the food and the exceptional service.

10.50 for a single shot of Titos. Same for gin. Beer 6 dollars plus. God forbid you come here for drinks. Foods decent price but drinks outrageous. Won't be going back.

Service is poor!
Wait was 25 minutes, we waited an hour, then had to check in with the hostess push for a table.
Once seated, waitress was slow servicing all her tables. We had to get the attention of other wait staff for assistance.
Next time, Humble Saltgrass gets our business

I have been to other locations and was always extremely happy. therefore, I was very excited when one opened up in Salt Lake Tahoe. I could not have been more disappointed. - No valet parking. Not even for handicap. - No free parking - No locals discount. - I ordered the filet mignon and they were out. How do you run out of filet mignons at 6:30 on a Saturday night? - I chose a ribeye steak as my alternative in ordered it Blue. If you don't know with blue is, then you share something in common with the chef. Mine came back medium to maybe medium rare in barely a quarter inch thick. It looked like an elongated hamburger patty. - The steak lived up to its name, tasting more like a salt lick than saltgrass. Way too much salt. The steak reminded me of something I would get at the Sizzler when I was a kid. Fortunately, the service was decent and the Peju Cabernet was delicious. save yourself $150 and go splurge across the street at the Lucky Beaver.

Went for a birthday dinner and was pleasantly surprised. It is smaller than other locations but was well laid out.
