I Ask about fresh hot donuts and the guy was very rude and mad that I ask them did they have fresh hot donuts. Donuts turned out to be cold third time coming at three different times in the morning will not be coming back . Same attitude same quality donuts. I recommend find another donut shop

Not sure what happened to this location but the donuts are terrible. Looks like a 5 year old glazed these donuts. He must have grabbed all the ugly ones. Had to throw away 3 of them, so doughy and undercooked. No shine on the glaze just clumps of sugar. He actually gave me a messed up chocolate one too. Such a shame, all the other locations never sold ugly donuts. Won’t be buying here again.

If you're looking for a dependable sugar fix without surprises, Shipley delivers. Just don’t expect them to reinvent the donut game—and honestly, that’s part of the charm.
This place lost my business. Most of the time the kolaches are dried out and hard like a brick . They are also way over priced. If I wanted a brick, I’d go down to the Home Depot. Pats Donuts off 59 in Porter has stole my business. They have some of the best kolaches I’ve ever tasted! Also they also serve tacos and the best salsa you can get. Try them out you won’t regret it.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experiences at Shipley’s Donuts. On one occasion, I ordered six kolaches for a total of $17, and when I subsequently modified my order to five kolaches, the price remained unchanged at $17. This inconsistency raises questions about the pricing policy.
Additionally, I specifically requested plain kolaches on three separate occasions; however, my order still contained jalapeño kolaches. Given these experiences, I have decided to take my business to Pat’s Donuts, where I have heard they offer superior quality products.
