This store has 2 friendly employees and it was a very busy time. I couldn’t tell they were overwhelmed and very apologetic about the time it took to make the smoothies. That was fine, I don’t mind waiting especially because they have to make online orders too. BUT they didn’t even make my smoothie bowl properly, it wasn’t even filled to the normal amount. It was skimped on. I’ve ordered this multiple times at other smoothie kings and I know where it should be. It was a little over halfway filled with the pitaya blend.

Went in to get pick up my smoothie bowl. I asked for a spoon. She tells me she has none because they weren’t on her truck. Would you sell a smoothie without a straw?? No. I think if I was the manager I would go to Krogers and get some spoons, not tell my customers AFTER they receive their order that they have nothing for them to eat with. Do better manager. Also, why don’t you guys fill the bowl up? Kingwood does.
On Saturday 8/31/24 we went to this location at around 2:30 pm I grabbed a smoothie and spent $12! I went next door to have lunch with my 10 month old my fiancée and myself . My 10month old was drinking the smoothie since he can’t have mod pizza to small. Then my fiancée and I had sips from the smoothie too . Saturday night we all started throwing up and having really bad stomach aches. It’s now September 3,2024 we still have stomach aches and I called Sunday on September 1 to speak to a manger to let them know but spoke to Jaiden said not her problem because all the ingredients are fresh every day it had to be something my son ate I explained that I more concerned other people would consume it from their location. I told her my son either drinks his formula or the food I provide to him. And so far the only thing he had ate other than his formula was the smoothie and she went back and said her fruits were always fresh I asked for the manager she said call back Monday and hung up. Now my baby boy is having really bad stomach aches because of these people. And they were training two knew girls who didn’t seem to know anything
