This Sonic in New Caney is gross and lazy. I ordered an Oreo Blast and somehow they managed to dump all the Oreos only on the very top and nowhere else. Zero effort. Worse than that, the ice cream had HAIRS in it. Multiple. That is straight-up unsanitary and unacceptable. Food safety 101 and they failed hard. I threw it away and will not be back. If you care about cleanliness or getting what you actually pay for, skip this location

I'm only giving 1 STAR because I can't give ZERO .....this place has gone DOWNHILL!!!! Maybe 2 stalls work ..... mobile pickup is the worst I have ever seen anywhere.... no wonder they have to stay open 24 hours , they can't make money any other way. Do not recommend. Take an extra few minutes and drive to Kingwood .... best advice I can give. We will not be back!

At first they got my order wrong so I had them make me a new one and then there chicken wasn't cooked all the way it was still frozen when I was there earlier tonight to get something to eat and I've been puking since I took a bite of the frozen chicken

We had some cherry 🍒 Lemonade and they were not good... they did not have no cherry flavor and had a taste also of Watermelon... That's one thing I don't like from Sonic alot of the times they can't get the Cherry Lemonade on point :(
Horrible service and food. I've had great experiences at other Sonics... you won't get that at this location.

I stopped by Sonic recently and ordered a couple burgers, I was really disappointed with the quality. The burgers were cold by the time it got to us the bun, the patty, everything. It tasted like it had been sitting out instead of being made fresh. For the price, I definitely expected a hot, fresh meal. The fries were warm but not hot.
I normally enjoy Sonic, but this experience was frustrating. Cold food is unacceptable, especially when it’s supposed to be made to order. I hope the location improves both the food temperature and overall quality because this really missed the mark. The only thing fresh and hot was my onion rings.
