I always have problems with the store, but this franchise owner does not care about nothing
Paid for strawberry limeade with real strawberries extra in the app and they gave me the same amount that comes regular called back and the manager didn’t even care to pick up the phone
Paid for a large tater tot with cheese (warm) and a medium tater tot(cold)
I literally ate two and then looked down and realize how many he was in there and knew that this wasn’t correct
I took the same amount of medium tater tots and put it over to the top of them, and it covered the exact same space
So not only did I pay extra money for a small with cheese, but if I would’ve did that, I would’ve told her two smalls instead of paying for one large and getting a small
It’s insane and they don’t wanna do nothing about it, but I put but say sorry and still do the same mistakes every time I come it’s like really stupid
