This Subway in New Caney (77357) claims to be open until 11:00 PM, but when I brought my family on Sept 9 at 7:00 PM, they refused to let us dine in. The “cleaning lady” said they were already cleaning and only allowing to-go orders. At 7:00 PM — during dinner time — this is completely unacceptable. If the staff is too lazy to keep the dining room open during posted hours, then don’t advertise that you’re open. We won’t be back, and I’d warn anyone else to avoid this location if you expect basic customer service.

I came to subway this weekend with my kids and Misael the employee was very fast and friendly making my sandwich.He was able to make 3 of my sandwiches very quick.

the two older hispanic ladies that were working at 12:20 on august 7th were very rude. the customer ahead of me was trying to clarify her total and the heavier lady rolled her eyes and was pretending she didn’t understand her & was rushing her away . the other lady who made my sandwich was rude & rushing me as well. i was trying to ask for mayonnaise on both sides of my bread but i couldn’t even get my statement out before she slammed a bunch of mayo on my sandwich she didn’t ask if i wanted my sandwich toasted she just did it once she noticed towards the end that i was visibly upset she tried to say thank you and pretend she had manners . i’m actually disgusted with my service today and i never leave reviews but the way they acted was very nasty .

The 2 young men with glasses were the sweetest and most patient. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The guy that finished our order was so friendly and kept on apologizing for the wait (he had a really big order ahead of us). One of my favorite subways!
