I ordered the cravings box and a quesadilla and nachos and she said "its all there" and I made the mistake of believing her. Their neglectful indifference resulted in me getting home and realizing they forgot my nachos...won't make the mistake of trusting idiots who can't get it right after doing drive through only for the past 3 months.

One of the worst Crews ive ever seen at a fast food joint.... All of them just goofing off in front of the windows as I waited in the drive thru for qell over 10 mins just to have the Manager or Team lead come to the window and tell me itll be another 10 mins... Just to see him and one of the crew members step outside for a long smoke.Mind you its already 10:20 well past time for them to be open and operational...

I've eaten here a few times already and every single time they get my order wrong. I dismissed it the first few times because I've worked in the food industry and know that mistakes happen but this time was just disappointing. I ordered a burrito supreme with shredded chicken and didn't get any meat at all. Food is good but wish they'd get the orders right

Hi, everyone I'm on the keto diet and this is the perfect go to place in a hurry on the go..! There food is amazing every time I go as well as great customer service and great employees.

After a few days of trying out there food and service i can say this is one of the good one's this taco bell is tucked away but its a good one the food is good fresh and hot the employees are nice and interact with you as well clean restroom and clean parking lot as well i defiantly recommend after a game to check this place out.

Visited this evening 12/19 @ approximately 6:45 pm. Food prepared as expected. However the wait was very long for what we ordered tonight. Most is assembly and MAYBE heated if required, let's be honest. So even more shocking. (It was my first job in HS) Several were complaining in lobby inquiring how much longer it would be for food and how super cold it was for guests. (A/c was on in high 40s weather). It also wasn't packed by any stretch. The cashier really just kind of walked around lost looking most of the time. Then when patrons would walk in she'd be standing at the register and offer them to instead use the kiosk to order. As the only person in "line". That's not only rude but lazy. Why would we sit there and have to figure out how to work your system and do special orders when there's someone paid to do that and isn't busy? We won't ever use those as I'm not employed there. Ensuring she keeps her job hopefully. Food was cooked to Taco Bell standard. No complaints there. This location has only Pepsi products however so we likely won't return mainly for that. We prefer to visit the ones that serve Dr. Pepper and Coke-A-Cola. ‍

I went throgh drive threw and i had to go in. To get what i needed. the manager Johnna was yelling at her people bc i was taking to long. I was trying to explain what i wanted bc i am allergic to some of the food that is seeved. bc i am allergic to coco and that is in the taco meat. And if i ate that i would have went to the ER. Thr manager on duty was ever rude and had very bad customer service. The cashier was trying to help. This is the second time ive been there and had a very bad experience i will not go back.
