Service was great. Genesis helped me and my husband at the kiosk. The kitchen staff was also very helpful. They were very understanding and knew how to handle a situation in a very professional manner. We will definitely be back.

This is Adrian Lopez the only Manager that would actually talk to customers and get their order right when something was wrong. Don't eat from this place unless you want to get sick. Believe me I used to work here and have evidence of the stuff they do that's food safety violation.

Messed up my order i orderd $60 Worth of stuff system didn't even send my receipt via sims staff were kinda rude watched me stand at the front counter like i was air they were out of midnight Baja blast no out of order sign or nothing no apology from management for messing up my order they need to be retrained or replaced dont go here

Well the food is Taco Bell there isn't much difference between place to place it's the service takes forever for them to get my order done there is 10 people here or three people here whether it's crowded or not crowded they are always slow and you can't get anybody to talk to you very pour customer service quite disappointed in this store

Here now, they have a full parking lot because they are parking everyone from the drive-thru. I hate this Taco Bell. Too bad it's the closest one to my house. They do this every time. What's the point of a drive through if they always park you.?

I have always loved Taco Bell, but I have to honestly say I think they have made a huge mistake by taking out human cashiers and putting in these stupid kiosks and forcing people to order from them. They have lost my business forever. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Went through the drive thru, super fast and friendly! The cashier Maria was smiling and happy it was refreshing because you normally get angry and pissed! Food was good other the fry’s were old and cold.

Got the drink wrong. Asked if we wanted tea or lemonade and still gave us the wrong thing. Apparently asking for no sour crean on two 5 layer burritos means you get only beans, nothing else.
