Ordered a drink with my burger but didn’t get the drink because the machine was down. No biggie so I asked for a refund but was told no because I ordered on the app. When I challenged this absurdity I was told that I would have to figure out how to get a refund through the app on my own. And of course there is no refund request option on the app so they still have my money. Ridiculous!

Service was extremely slow on this evening. Wife got her food before mine and they were ordered together. The only difference was she asked for no tomatoes other than that our order was the same. Two #1 combos.

Picked up 3 burgers meals from drive thru cost over$30 .Drove 10 minutes to house and sandwich and fries were completely cold as if they made it before we ordered it...won't go there again..

As we pull into the drive thru the guys on the phone talking to some one . We give him our order and gets it wrong
Take 15 minutes to get our food and the got it incomplete incorrect

Took almost 30mins for me to get my salad. Then when I ask one of the workers, they act like they don't know. Definitely won't come back to this one.

Placed my order and had the lady at the drive thru menu repeat and it was correct. Got to the window and the price was $3more, then the order was wrong. J asked the window employees if the shake was chocolate bc it looked vanilla and she said yes. Then she sakd the proce was more. Then she gave me an extra burger and I told her I didn't order that. She simply said the menu lady charged me two. So I said I hear you but I didnt order it. She huffed, started yelling to someone and shut the window. She came back, asked for the receipt and the burger and said theyd refund me. K once again asked about the shake and she said it was riggt. It wasn't, actually. Fast service but while I get things can be wrong, I dont appreciate that I kept being argued with. Wound up with half my order wrong, glares from employee and overall disappointed I chose them today.

I don’t know if Yari was working for a promotion but if she is yall need to give her a raise I just know if she was the manager she would run this whataburger like the navy seals she’s very polite and funny and definitely goes above and beyond
