Food is almost always good. Fries may be a little cold sometimes, but overall good. People who take orders outside always seem like they are in a bad mood. Or taking calls while I’m trying to order. There is one man who brings out the food and he is very nice and friendly! The ones I taking the orders though are not pleasant.

This location has a hit or miss record of the quality of food they serve. The latest meal was much better than the last time we ate there. The buns were fresh and the meat was better quality. The fries were hot and did not taste like they had been cooked in old oil as previously experienced. All fast food businesses have an issue with inconsistent quality of food served.

The fish sandwich keeps me coming back the cold fries make me question my decision. I have yet to keep the fries I send them back every single time and they still come back cold at this point I think I might a new fish sandwich.
Food was very stale and disgusting the food was near cold not even room temperature. The girl at the window handed me my food NOT EVEN BAGGED no napkins or anything and was extremely bothered that I needed a bag for my food I’ve never been handed my combo with nothing to carry it in McDonald’s in GREENSPOINT has better service than this location. (Photo showing exactly how the cashier expected me to leave with my order) then didn’t even have enough coins to give me my correct change back when I paid cash.
