I love the food and the service is great but there are certain times that a bout 2 or 3 slack but most workers are hard workers and i love their wings they come out crispy and good oily a bit!!šŸ‘ŒšŸ‘Œ

I WAITED 50 MINUTES FOR 10 WINGS AND BAD SERVICE. I am NEVER rude to restaurants or businesses, but on 11/29 at 1:30 I called for a take out… it took over 5 mins to even get me off hold, that was fine. I ordered, she said 15 minutes to get my food. I go in, get my drink and wait. 35 mind go by!!!! I go up and ask for a refund because it shouldn’t take over 35 minutes for 10 wings and Cajun fries??? It wasn’t so busy that it was impossible to get 10 WINGS OUT!!! I was giving grace for them being a little backed up, but over 30 minutes for 10 wings?? Are they playing back there? All you can hear is laughing and giggling, I didn’t see one person working. The lady at the front has attitude and is smiling when I ask for a refund? She the says it’s 3-5 business days for a refund… I’m like ok well I need one, she then says to come in 30 minutes later or call in 30 minutes for a refund… what???? She gets her manager, and the lady says she’ll get our food in 2 mins… on the screen it says my food was done 10 MINUTES AGO…?? It takes her another 5+ minutes to get my food. It said it was ready for about 15 minutes before I even got it. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Food is HORRIBLE. Wait is HORRIBLE. Please go somewhere else if you want wings. Over 50 minutes for ten wings is a jokešŸ˜‚.

Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

Absolute trash are fries were thrown into a bag and our bag was soaked in grease we politely asked them to fix the drink machine cause everyone was complaining cause all the drinks were carbonated and disgusting then the front lady said we’re not responsible well damn it’s in the restaurant

Imagine going to buy 30 piece wings sides etc and paying then after WAITING for your order and realizing you have zero ranch /blue cheese because it’s an ā€œextra charge ā€œ that the cashier failed to mention at check out. You ask for a manager and he tells you ā€œit’s not on meā€ don’t put people in position if they wanna ARGUE with a customer so they can be right?? The young man you have in charge after 10 pm on 10/7 needs a crash course training on customer satisfaction ASAP!! TRASH SERVICE! Nothing but a bunch of kids running the show! He wasn’t even in the restaurant. The cashier had to go find him somewhere outside looking high not giving a damn. Smh do better wing stop!!

All my people in this area if you eat there think twice because if they want to treat her that way they might try you. I’ll drive to Kingwood before I go there again. There was brown stuff coming out of the ice machine. I let him know and I asked if me and my friend can have a new cup. Mr.Nathan a white guy with braids, got an attitude and slammed the cups on the table. And when we expressed why he e where asking for new cups he had an entire attitude and threw the cups at the wall. I will NOT be spending money here ever again.

I called in an order they said 35 minutes, and that was perfectly fine I showed up 35 minutes later they said 25 more minutes I understand if it gets busy but I have my order in first , second I got my wings they where all the wrong flavor & I had mentioned I called my order in for a reason I had puppies at home and I didn’t appreciate it they could have called me and told me that they had my number on the phone call order .
