Wingstop Streetsboro served me hands down the worst wings I've ever eaten (ate 1 of 8 and threw the rest where they belonged...in the trash). The quality of wings was laughable. The sauce almost nonexistent. That will be a one and done for Wingstop! I feel like I just bought a car warranty from Hindi Jake from State Farm. Seriously, was this a prank, or are yall serious?

I placed an order through the wingstop website last month and never received my food. I received a message from the delivery driver that the delivery was canceled and I needed to contact the store. I contacted the store that same day and have been getting the run around. every time I call I'm told to call again. I paid almost $90 for food I never received and the store knows I never received my oder because they are the ones who told me the delivery driver stole my food.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
The workers here refuse to give a refund within 3 - 7 business days and are getting corporate involved after they refused to give me an order I was picking up for my dad's friend with a hernia who could not at the time go himself. My phone was dead at the time and because I didn't know his last name they refused to give it to me but they didn't even attempt to call on their part with a working store phone and call back number on receipt....

They will cancel your online order if they just don't feel like making it and say that you canceled it or it's just not in the system. I guess my order went to McDonald's system. A really dreadful experience and longsuffering with figuring ou thow to get a refund since the website and emails say to handle it at the local store level. Just dreadful.

The manager that works there on the fight of Tyson and the other guy was horrible. She was super rude just very miserable like she hated her job. They definitely need to talk to her about her attitude and trying to make customers happy because she was not. it definitely won’t be returning to this one because how are you gonna work in the food industry and be rude.
