They were really good a year ago. You could get your stuff and get back on the road.They are just getting slow. Especially at night. It's frustrating when you are just trying to get a quick meal and get back on the interstate

Definitely not the best wendys. After waiting 20 minutes for a cheeseburger i stepped up to the counter to see what the hold up was and it took another 10 minutes before any if the 4 would even acknowledge i was there and that was only because i had to say hello…where is my food. Oh ya they forgot to give it to me so it was cold. Thank you for that?

So at 0700 this morning ordered my food and watched an older dirty blonde haired woman working the grill, cracking raw eggs, with no gloves on and watched her leave the grill area and go to another room and grab a jug to refill the soap containers and return to the grill without washing her hands or ever using gloves. She was wearing a headset and telling others what to do so I am guessing she is a shift supervisor or manager.

During this time another employee noticed me watching them and she (the second employee) put on gloves. This is after handling food around the fryer area.

Absolutely disgusting behavior!

We've been a couple if times to this location and are always met with very nice staff. They seem very hardworking and professional. The only suggestion we could give is to fix the freestyle machine. The syrup to seltzer is waaaay off and every drink was terrible.

I went to the counter to order and was asked to use the kiosk. Then I walked out. I like to pay cash and absolutely refuse to use a kiosk! I have worked hard my whole life being of service to others. I’m not going to do someone else’s job for them! No kiosk! No self check out!
