Check your food, people! The couple ahead of me was missing some of their order, and I did too. Good thing they checked, but I was in a hurry because the tenders took so long to cook. Wish I could give credit to the staff for being nice but they are robbing people left and right...

The employee are very nice and obviously try to provide good service, I applaud the two ladies who were working. My complaint isnt about them. Its the fact that the meat patties are super thin and dry compared to how they used to be, that is corporates responsibility not the employees. 2 patties might just barely equal the thickness a single patty use to be. In fact this is not the only Wendy's with this same issue. The fast food industry along with many others have sunk. Prices are high and quality doesnt seen to be important to the corporate heads. Thanks to the ladies for their hard work regardless of my complaint

Not sure if Wendy's Corporate changed the size of their salad but I ordered an apple pecan salad and it was half sized. A lot of fruit very little salad Chicken was not fresh. Must use the Kiosk, very little customer interaction.

Corporate really needs to send help. Krista was AWESOME! She was there all by herself and didn’t complain and had about 15 customers who had put orders in. I seriously hope Wendy’s gets her some help quickly cause they’ll be sorry to lose a great employee like her. Thanks Krista. I hope it all works out for you.

There’s was a worker giving everyone attitude and I had to wait 30 minuets for 10 chicken nuggets and fries . When another costumer brought my order to their attention the girl said she “wasnt gonna put up with attitude and if we can’t wait we can come back there and make it ourselves (if I would done that prolly woulda waited 5 mins instead) she also made my order wrong so another 5 was added to my wait. She pushed out 3 orders before mine and some ice bigger size. Shorty was trippin 😂😂💀mind you all this was done In front of 4 kids under 8 🤩
Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Will never do business here again!!

4.25.25 Amber was absolutely fantastic! Back story... I went through the drive through for a couple $6 biggie bags that turned out to be missing nuggets, super cold, and stale. Like the fries were a couple hours old stale. I drove back to the store and went in to get this issue resolved. I was greeted with a big smile and warm complements, just like she was when I came through orginaly. She checked my bag and saw everything in fact, was cold. Not only did she not make me feel bad for wanting fresh food, I noticed it was just her running the front and drive through. She is a amazing employee and keept a great attitude while the kitchen staff was obviously over making food so they won't have to cook as orders come in. I watched the women running the fryer throw out a boat load of old fries and drop a new batch right after we mentioned ours were cold. Amber shouldn't have to deal with customers getting cold food, due to the kitchens laziness. She was running the whole front alone and she did and she did it with a smile and a happy vibe. 😊 She made it worth coming back in the future now that I know she is there.

❤️Best tasting juicy fresh burgers in town. I visit twice a day five days a week can’t get enough of this delicious food. and employees are really nice and services is fast dining and drive-through. I love this place.💯

I only added the 1 star because I had to in order to rate this location . 8:21 pm and closing isn’t until 11 pm and they had NO chili . Made us wait 5 minutes before actually acknowledging us at the drive through . Very rude service . Inside , mind you this is a truck stop plus the local towns people come here and not even 8:30 chairs were turned upside down on the tables . Hmmm, I think this establishment needs a DM to unexpectedly visit at night . Terrible !
