This is the fastest I have ever received my food after ordering in my life. No kidding. My receipt shows the order placed at 4pm and I was walking out with food within 3 minutes. I’m pleasantly surprised actually. I’ll probably stop here anytime I’m in the area from now on (which is often, I go to Houston almost daily).

I try to stop after visiting my patient pastNew Waverly. The crew has ALWAYS been so cheerful. I wish more fast food employees were this pleasant. I REALLY look forward to visiting & getting my onion rings. #AmazingCrew

Horrible!! We ordered 3 wraps with nothing special & an order of onion rings & literally waited over 30 minutes for our food (& I have video proof of this - screen shots from video posted) my onion rings were so cold we didn't even eat them. We needed to be on the road & stopped there for a quick bite, but after 30 minutes, we got cold food & didn't have another 30 minutes to wait around to get fresh food! We got moved to the front of the store from the drive thru & cars went on after us... 30+ minutes for 3 wraps & onion rings is unacceptable. I've spent a majority of my working history in food service & this is shameful service. I'd be embarrassed. I get a bad day too but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a Burger King. Doubtful I'll be back to that one & that's a shame bc I camp by there every summer & have made multiple visits to this store.

Never knew it was there. I thought the place was closed. Friend of mine said they are open. So we went, we ate, and enjoyed it so much. Thank you guys. Burger and fries were hot and delicious. Lived here for 5 years and just realized y'all were open. ?
