We got two soft ice-cream which it looks like horrible looking ice-cream and it didn't taste so good. We both throw it in the trash. We will never go back there again

This is the worst Burger King to get food at night. The workers don't do anything and hour or more before close, so don't waste your time if you're hungry. They answer the drive through after welcoming you to the restraunt just to tell you they don't have any food because they close in an about an hour. If I was the owner of this chain I would fire the entire staff because of all the money they lose at night. I waited behind 5 cars to basically be told we don't do our job, we just sit here until close because we get paid hourly. They must get complaints all the time but management does nothing. What is the point of answering the drive thu if you tell everyone coming through you aren't serving food. This happens any time you come at night between 8pm and 10pm.
