Staff is always friendly and great, but hours are not accurate. We have showed up after opening and before closing and they are not open. It’s hit or miss within the hour of opening or closing.

Quick, mobile app seems to not change drink size all the time, when ordering multiple drinks. Food isn’t always consistent on quality. They use so much ice, you hardly get much to drink. Even when asking for easy ice, they still fill it about halfway with ice.
One of their carhop gals is very snob nosed, patronizing and condescending… Have an issue with the order and she’ll do all of the above.
If you use the app and there’s an issue with the order, good luck.

Google states this location opens at 7am on Sundays, I was told by the employee at the stall they did not open until 7:30am. Hours should be changed to reflect what time the store actually opens to make sure customers are accommodated accordingly.

All most every time ive been to the new sonic in that 3rd world cities called New Waverly, 3A, their sonic never has any of the bags of ice that sonic so proudly represents and promotes on nearly every if not all of their windows 🪟 in the spring and summer times in Texas.

The bathroom was locked so I couldn't wash my hands before eating. I had wipes so I ordered a LG Dr.Peper, a bacon cheeseburger, a hot dog, and tater tots. It took 30 minutes to receive the order. Instead of getting my hot dog, I got a toast burger. I have it to my husband. He said it was delicious. The bacon cheeseburger was so Bad I had to throw it away. I will go out of my way to not go back there.
