The brisket is the best I have had in a long time. Meat was smoked just right, not overwhelming. But was juicey, and tender. The blackpepper in house made sausage is the best. This is my new go to place. Thanks good job

Had a smash burger mac and cheese and side of beans for $21 kinda price since all was small.... read reviews and it was bad or good i give honest reviews... mac was bland and barely warm beans... great texture lacked in flavore burget had to be brisket or steak ground you could taset the grilling but no salt or pepper... they only have egg rollls and stuffed peppers on Saturday so you know great staff great time but need to season sides better for sure

The Craft Cowboy Burger is absolutely the best burger ever and their fries are crispy outside soft in the inside fried in tallow goodness. Everything is fresh. If you haven’t tried that burger, you must! Fresh and large patty with fried onion rings and fresh chopped brisket in a wonderfully tasty bun. I could go bunless for a carnivore goodness but that bun is so good…..I just can’t. Service with a smile. Everyone is so nice. And you can buy jarred tallow for home use too!

They had their food truck out at a fall festival tonight, and as someone who loves food trucks, this one definitely impressed me. I wish I'd snapped a photo, but between the crowd and my hunger, I didn't stand a chance!
I ordered the turkey sandwich with mac and cheese, and both were fantastic. The turkey was perfectly cooked (not dry at all, which is rare for BBQ), and the portion was generous with plenty of flavorful meat piled on the bun. The barbecue sauce itself was excellent too, rich and balanced with just the right amount of tanginess.
After this experience, I'll absolutely be making the drive out to Newark to visit the restaurant. If the food truck is any indication, it's well worth the trip.

I have lived in town for almost 2 years.My neighbor told me that this place was not that good and to go to another barbecue place in the next town. I had there OMG sandwich and I can honestly say OMG. This place is great. The food was very tasty. Definitely recommend trying
Yall have restored my faith in BBQ!! This was hands down the best BBQ I've had at a restaurant in YEARS. Everything was amazing and smoked to juicy perfection. We enjoyed the loaded queso fries with pulled pork, brisket, pork spare rib, pork belly, jalapeño cheddar sausage, Mac & cheese, and baked beans. I regret that we didnt go try Local Craft BBQ sooner!
This place blows Hutchins out of the water! Holy flavors! Atmosphere 10/10, service 10/10, food was the best I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow! The banana pudding was to die for. Just go there you won’t be disappointed!
