This is a very common stop for me as I load in East Texas and come this way to avoid Dallas traffic. Mainly because it has a wide open lot for truck parking and the people are always friendly in this town. Today stopping here was nothing new, but something stood out. A young man by the name of Michael was attending to me at the cash register. What stood out about him was his age and his very good manners. He was a very well spoken youth. The way he handled his job and addressed me as a customer is something rare to see these days. I know a lot of people don’t take fast food jobs serious, but I was always taught whatever you do be the best at it. One look at this kid, his manners and confidence, and I can tell his parents must be very proud. A young man will always reflect his parents. I always imagine this is what my son will look like in 10 years. I could only be happy if my son turns out half as good as him.

The manager was to busy doing nothing to take orders. We waited 10 min to place our order while she stood by the ice cream machine doing nothing. Some young man came from no where and took our order.

Manager was very rude. Our blizzards were very small when I asked about she was very rude and refused to correct the problem. And the food sat on the warmer for a long time, until we had to go ask for it.
