It is our first time at this restaurant. I am so happy we stop by. Ordered stuff jalapeños with crab meat. They were very tasty. I ordered seafood combo catfish and shrimp with onions rings was wonderful choice. My wife got shrimp po boy one of the best i have outside of louisiana. It is really cool spot. The service was amazing. When i am in the area definite going back to this place. Like i always say trust fat boy when he says it is wonderful place and if skinny person tell you run the other way.

Great place to eat. I had the coconut shrimp for an app and the Etouffee half and half with crawfish tails. Everything was very good. I love the dipping sauce for the shrimp.
The have nice out door seating.

Food was very good and the price was right too. Had the shrimp and oyster poboy. Bread was amazing for the sandwich. If in the area I would definitely visit again.

Delicious hole in the wall place. we drove half an hour to check this place out because it was reccomended by a friend and it did not disappoint. I got the blackened catfish with the ponchatrain sauce and it was so good! Onion rings were great, my son loved his fried catfish and okra, the mashed potatoes and gravy were some of the best I've had and I cant wait to to go back and try the chicken fried steak with that gravy! We had the texas sheet cake for dessert it was served warm with a scoop of blue bell ice cream it was the perfect ending to an amazing meal.
The atmosphere was beautiful at night we sat outside with the outdoor lights and lit up fire places. Our server was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!

We heard good things about Rogeaux's, especially the boudin balls. They were excellent. Unfortunately, the food quality rapidly went down hill from there. The fried oysters were way over cooked. Think oyster jerky for reference. The fried shrimp were also overcooked and right off a Sysco truck, not a shrimp boat. Service made us feel rushed and unwelcome. The server's husband and child sat at a table near us and it was obvious she was ready to clock out.
If you want cold beer and great boudin balls, this is the place. Otherwise, take a pass.

We have been here twice so far. Excellent fried food. Excellent burger. Excellent onion rings. Staff is pleasant and helpful. We will be regulars. And good prices.

After a hot day out at Gator Country this is a perfect stop to bring your kids, sit outside and eat Boudain balls, shrimp and crawfish. There is plenty of fun things for the kids to play with outside, the breeze from the trees feels great, the food is well priced and tastes so good. They have burgers, po boys, salads, seafood platters, delicious sides and even desserts if you don't get too full. Wonderful place to stop with the family and I could see it being a great date night stop in the evenings. They have fire pits and a TV outside. I'm sure the menu changes a bit from lunch to dinner but I have only experienced it during lunch time so far. If you are not used to Nome water then I suggesting getting a soda of some sort!
