I visited this store on December 21,2025. I was the only customer in this store at seven thirty in the morning. There were seven people working, one person at the window and the one person making the coffee for the people at the window.I ordered a donut and a black cup of coffee and I waited five minutes. and I told the people that I had to go, they could keep the coffee because I had to go to church.Because at this point I was very upset that I did not get my cup of black coffee. When there was nobody else in that place, I should not have had to wait five minutes for a cup of black coffee. I usually go to the donut place next door but on this day I thought that I would try dunkin'.Donuts, and that would be the last time that I tried dunkin'.Donuts

This is my favorite place for coffee on my work days. Not because of the coffee menu (I do wish more was offered) but because the staff are absolutely wonderful.
i like dunkin’s coffee and snacks but i love there service and the people are so sweet every time! another reason why i choose dunkin over starbucks or dutch bros or anywhere. not only is everything so much cheaper but the staff is so friendly compared to anywhere else!

The drive-thru was clearly given priority, and it caused delays for people waiting inside. It felt a bit unbalanced, and the wait was longer than usual for in-store customers.
