Ordered food in the app and no one would respond at the window. Drove up to the payment window and I could see many ppl in there but all ignoring the line of cars. Finally got the attention of an employee and he opened the window and told us that they were closed. I showed him that my order was paid for and was just for an ice cream, he said that since it was easy, he would go ahead and just make it real quick. ... asked me to pull around by the front door. Came back out a few minutes later and said that his manager, Julian told him not to do it. Im thinking, why the manager wouldn't stop wiping the glass on the front door down and come and address the situation? He kept sending out a teenager to handle it and when he tried to take care of the situation, Julian says no???!! I was charged in the app!!! No refund was allowed either, was told to come back the following day... smh... classic McDonalds behavior. Several other irate customers gathered outside as well. Julian never addressed anyone.
Added review- 1/2026 - hate to come to McDonald's but ordered a Mcflurry.... so sick of getting ice cream with 55lbs of toppings on the top. Doesn't anyone know how to attach the mcflurry spoon to the machine and hut the button to mix it???!!!! We usually end up throwing our ice cream away....

I ordered from this McDonalds and the drive thru associate response was “What did you want?” I repeated my order with frustration due to waiting in line for already 10 mins. The drive thru associate then has the nerve to say “Ok. Chill Bruh.” Like I’m one of his little friends. They then have me pull into a mobile order spot and wait while other cars received their orders, mind you I only ordered a burger and fries. I then had to go in and get my order that was sitting the whole time. McDonalds train your employees to have better customer service skills like Chic fil A.

Dining room wasn’t clean. Not a single table clean. Forced to order at a kiosk. 0 interaction from employees. Not busy at all but somehow I’ve had way faster kitchens at a sit down restaurant. How is this alright for a new place?

Poor service at the drive-thru. I ordered two Big Macs and they didn't give me ketchup, and I ordered coffee and they didn't even ask if I wanted sugar, they just gave it to me plain. Terrible service.

I have not been to McDonald’s for a very long time, but I have my grandson and he want McDonald’s. But this place does not change the employees are rude. The food was cold and it tastes like it have been sitting in there for a while.

This McDonalds is this worst in N Dallas area…. extremely slow… nothing ever ready… nothing but parked cars waiting for food.
I absolutely cannot stand that mcdonalds prices have tripled but there's no drink machine and no employees. I have to order from a screen 800 other people have also touched and navigate the menu I don't know as well as the employees used to.
I've said for years I was going to stop going to McDonald's. This was my last trip.

I went today at 7:57 am i ordered a large coffee with 5 creams and 2 sugars. The coffee was cold, very bitter, and old. If they dont have coffee ready they should tell me if rather wait for good coffee. Around 2 weeks ago i bought a small coffee with cream and sugar and they gave me an americano with cream and sugar. I waited around 8 minutes for it.

I had a decent experience at the McDonald’s in Oak Point. The service was okay, and the place was clean. Their chicken sandwiches are much better now compared to a few years ago. The food tasted fresh, and I was happy with what I ordered. Overall, it was a good visit.
