The manager, Kevin, at this location is obviously doing something right! Everything from the cleanliness, to the friendly, attentive staff, makes you want to keep coming back. And, the new 1971 dark roast coffee makes for a full flavored experience. So happy to have this location in Oak Point, TX.

Honestly one of the most frustrating Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had.
Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready by 5:12. I arrived at the drive-thru around 5:14–5:15. The employee told me my order was ready and to pull up to the window.
I did exactly that… and then sat there completely ignored.
I waited about 5 minutes, rolled my window down, knocked on the silver ledge, waved at multiple employees who walked right past the window, and still nothing. No acknowledgment at all.
After another minute or two of being ignored, I had to do something I never thought I’d need to do while sitting at a drive-thru window. I called the store to tell them I was literally sitting there waiting.
Only then did someone finally come to the window and hand me my order, which had apparently been ready for 15–20 minutes.
This delay ended up making me late for work and honestly just ruined my morning. I genuinely don’t understand how you can tell someone their order is ready, see them pull up, and then act like they don’t exist. Completely ridiculous experience.

Starbucks, what is this??? I thought my cup felt a little light this morning when the cashier handed it to me. I opened it while sitting in the drive thru (review your camera footage at 5:14am, Jeep) saw foam at the top and blew it off. It’s 5:54, I arrive at work, opened my cup and it’s nearly halfway empty on a grande. The guy who was the barista this morning at 5:14am gypped me when I tipped $2. THIS is why people are sick of the tipping culture, everyone expects it and still gives crappy service.

My favorite spot! 🎤 drop! Please keep it up with how you hired and trained here. I have been going to this address since it first open, I have never had my drinks made wrong and having issue with attitude. Everyone is friendly, care and seem happy! I have seen them even dance a little while making the coffee. that is super freshing to see!

ive been to other starbucks and the service is always great but every time I come here they take forever they only have one person actually making the drinks and the wait time is over 10 minutes for a single drink

Very nice Starbucks. Large space for working remotely. Even open covered patio.
This starbucks has little different interior compared to other and outside seating is nice as well. Very good location. Staff was super polite and greeted nicely.

Usually I am happy to leave a stellar review, but I have come to this location multiple times and always order ahead it doesn’t matter if I do the drive thru or in store pick up I always end up waiting 15-20 minutes when I could drive an extra ten minutes out of the way and get it promptly. The drinks are sub par but to sit there and have them remake it would take an additional ten minutes. Unfortunate with this being closest.
