My favorite spot! 🎤 drop! Please keep it up with how you hired and trained here. I have been going to this address since it first open, I have never had my drinks made wrong and having issue with attitude. Everyone is friendly, care and seem happy! I have seen them even dance a little while making the coffee. that is super freshing to see!

ive been to other starbucks and the service is always great but every time I come here they take forever they only have one person actually making the drinks and the wait time is over 10 minutes for a single drink

This starbucks has little different interior compared to other and outside seating is nice as well. Very good location. Staff was super polite and greeted nicely.

Usually I am happy to leave a stellar review, but I have come to this location multiple times and always order ahead it doesn’t matter if I do the drive thru or in store pick up I always end up waiting 15-20 minutes when I could drive an extra ten minutes out of the way and get it promptly. The drinks are sub par but to sit there and have them remake it would take an additional ten minutes. Unfortunate with this being closest.

This is by far my favorite location in the area.It has a lot of places to sit both inside and outside.The furniture is nice and kept clean .The people who work here care and are always super sweet.It makes a bad morning a good one .And I have not had a bad experience here .Even when a mistake is made they always make it right and with a genuine smile.They deserve to be recognized for the effort put in each day .
Dietary restrictions: They accomodate those who prefer less sweetener in their daily drinks.
Parking: They have pre order parking spots for those who are in and out .And way more spaces to park as I drive a bigger truck to park in visinity to the entrance.
Kid-friendliness: I bring my step daughter here from time to time and not once have I felt they were unfriendly.They have protein boxes for kids here .
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp in the front of this location.

I usually don’t do reviews unless the experience was totally awesome and worth my time. This was the total opposite so forced to give an honest but scathing review of my 2nd visit to this location. I met a friend and ordered coffee and pumpkin bread. The server didn’t ask if I wanted it warm. So I noticed the bread was very cold when I picked up the package and asked her to warm it. She said sure but walked over and literally snatched the package from my hand. I initially ignored and walked over to my friend to wait. After few minutes she took something out of the warmer then started doing something behind the counter. After several mins the guy server comes over to hand me the bread saying not sure why it was just sitting back there. After finishing my coffee and chatting with my friend on the patio, I went inside to discuss the incident with assistant mgr and was given contact info for store and district mgrs. The store mgr apologized for the huge breakdown in customer service and promised to address at the team mtg. I was shocked to learn the girl with horrible customer service skills is the shift leader who should be a role model for other employees. The manager totally agreed.

For a $7 drink to only be filled 2/3 the way up is a bummer and a rip off. Wouldn't be posting if this was the first time either. Then to be asked to tip before you receive it, which i do, but wouldn't have if I would have felt the cups first.

Ordered two coffees and a bacon gouda egg sandwich. Pulled forward, handed card over and was charged for and given a bag with lemon loaf and told goodbye. So after that was refunded and we were given our order, we got back on the road. We were given a sandwich with Gouda and egg NO bacon, a sf vanilla late that tasted like pure syrup, and a hot mocha late that wasn’t even 3/4 the way full. What a waste. ☹️

Never get the beverages correct. There does not appear to be any training or manuals provided on how to make the different drink requests. The staff are very nice and friendly. It’s frustrating to have to wait for the drink to be remade. Hoping for a change in your educational process.
