This morning my husband stopped for coffee and had a whole cup of steaming hot coffee poured in his lap! The worker said oh gosh let me grab you a napkin but proceeded to help the next customer behind him she finally brought 2 napkins to clean up the mess she caused! She never offered to replace the coffee she had just poured in his lap, she never asked was he ok or even apologized she was in too big of a hurry to go about her day! DO BETTER, HAVE COMMON CURTESY AND MOST OF ALL SLOW DOWN and have some customer service, nobody is in that big of a hurry! Hopefully he doesn’t have any serious burns!

Unwelcoming when pulled up to order and get drinks. Ordered SF blue raspberry redbull. The color this time was right but not the flavor. You can tell they mixed the 7 energy with redbull. Disgusting flavor to say the least. Live too far to drive back. Needless to say, this is the third 7 brew having issues with workers not caring about customer service or how to make drinks properly.

It’s sad that I live 5 min away from this store and I prefer to drive to the one by Andrews and 42nd ! They been messing up my order twice by not adding the ingredients I’ve requested. Also last time I got a hot coffee I burnt myself!!! Staff are okay but slower that other places .. so hopefully this get to be resolved .

I frequently get my drinks at this location, but the store has been terrible for the past 3 months. The new manager is rude and disrespectful, and my drinks are always awful. The customer service is also terrible. The last 2 times I was there, it smelled like marijuana. I asked an employee and she told me her manager smokes in the parking lot. Hope management fix this crap smh, definitely this store does not “cultivate kindness”

I went to Seven Brew after a long day at work, completely exhausted, but Taylor turned my day around! She was incredibly friendly and made ordering drinks with my friends so much fun. She even offered me my free drink, which I redeemed - such a sweet gesture! And when I accidentally spilled my drink all over myself (oops!), she was so quick to help, grabbing a rag and helping me clean up. She didn't have to do that, and letting me keep the rag was so thoughtful. Taylor truly went above and beyond! Definitely a 5-star experience!

I absolutely love this place! The crew here is awesome (with exceptions to a few!!) Diana is my Rockstar!! My drinks are perfection everytime with here!!! My pups are not very social type dogs until 7brew:30pm lol.
