I went at 1:40 pm and they close at 2pm. Lady took my order at the window and then told me they were closed. I asked her why she took my order then. She just shrugged her shoulders. I had heard bad reviews on it recently but thought they had corrected issue.

Definitely recommend this place. The food was so good and was cooked to order so it was a little wait but not to bad for the hot fresh food. it is reasonably priced for the food we got the jalapeno double burgers, and the chili cheese fries, my kids got regular burgers and chicken tender dinner and everything was cooked to perfection. the lady that took our order was very kind. I give it a 10 out of 10

We came here to get a Famous BJ burger and I wanted some chili cheese fries to share so I asked the lady how big the small versus the medium was. She said it was the same small container. I was asking her with my hands to get an idea of how big the container was so I could get an idea, she rolls her eyes at me and says small like I'm an idiot with out trying to show me the size or anything. I told my boyfriend oh hell no, we are not eating here and giving that bitch any of our money! The guy on grill had helped me last time I was there and he was friendly and he was saying something to her as we were leaving but she is obviously not a people person and doesn't need to be working around people at all. We won't be back, we went to Better Burger and they were so friendly and busy and food was amazing. My advice to anyone is spare yourself getting treated badly. I work in customer service and would never dream of treating a customer the way she did, it was uncalled for and I wasn't rude until she was.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Attitude started almost immediately when we pulled up to window. The worker mumbled and my mom told her she couldn’t hear that well. My mom places her order for 2 burgers and the worker asked if we wanted mustard or mayonnaise and she said neither and the attitude gradually gets worst. My mom asked if we can have the vegetables on the side. The worker said we can’t do that and my mom responded “you can’t do that?” not in a mean way but just to confirm what she just heard. The lady told her she was being rude and started to put her note pad away and told us to leave. After looking through these reviews I’m surprised this place is still in business!

The terrible service provided by the people who work here is consistent with the rest of the terrible places in Odessa. ATTENTION OWNERS AND WORKERS! It's not illegal to provide good service! Not to mention the menu and prices aren't displayed at the drive-thru, and over $20 for a hamburger is outrageous. I've been here once; I won't be back!
