Showed up around 12:30pm and location was locked and open sign off. Eventually saw another vehicle use drive thru. So went through drive thru which WAS open. Would appreciate ANY signage indicating drive thru only.

Took them over 10 mins to make 2 baby snow cones with no one in the location . The guy Christian is rude

These guys are fun and super nice. They have patience with my many questions and offered great suggestions. They made the snowcones with flair and were willing to answer questions the whole time. My snowcone was yummy and beautiful. Thank you, guys!!

Came and waited 30 mins in the drive through line. Got my order taken, repeated back to us, just to get to the window and then get asked all over again what our order was. The kid at the window didn’t know how to us the POS system or headset, so he obviously needed more training before being out at the window. All for them to make 2 separate orders because he didn’t charge us for our full order the 1st time we paid.

I enjoy their sno cones but they take so long to make. I don’t know when they determine to come out with their tablets but something has to change especially on these hot summer days. Since being in line 3 cars have left and didn’t even order.

We waited over 30 minutes just to get our snow cones. The ladies that work here were to busy arguing with each other to make our stuff. Come to find out when we went and asked if they forgot our order they said that they ran out of the flavor I asked for and didn’t say anything. They also stopped taking orders at 9:55 and they are open until 10:30 which I feel is not professional for a business.

Took 50 MINUTES for all 6 of us to get our snow cones. When we asked why our items were coming out at all different times, we were told that they also had the drive through and DoorDash orders to fill. There were 6 employees working but only one snow cone being made at a time. At one point another family left because they couldn’t wait any more, and it took 3 employees 10 minutes just to issue their refund. The dreamsicle smoothie was served plain without toppings, and another was served “flat top” instead of as a cone. They forgot one of our items completely.

I needed something in my stomach before donating blood. This was on the way. We ordered a Lokomoko and Oreo Cookie smoothie. My wife's chocolate drink was really good. My Oreo tasted off, like Coke or Dr Pepper had been added. Very strange.

I seriously hate leaving bad reviews, but the girl working by herself this morning was rude, my total was 13.38 i gave her $20 ( than told her i had the .38 Cents, so i could get back $7 even) she said she couldnt take it bc she already had entered the amount, but like i asked so 62 cents of change plus the 38 im trying to give her doesnt allow me to get $1, (she was rude and said I GUESS) its ridiculous that people dont want to take the time and do the MATH, like honey dont worry your money is not going to come out SHORT “IF” you know what your doing, its not that hard to simply take peoples change and do the math, sad that my kiddos noticed how rude she was, if your not a people person maybe your in the wrong place

Good service, clean facilities, a baby size cotton candy was my daughter's delight on a hot day. Fortunately, for $6 ish, I didn't have the whole family...but still a nice treat. Enjoy.
