“Fat Jack's is an amazing little bakery in N. Odessa. The people there are always great: they're helpful and kind, their quirky signage is really funny if you're not the "Karen" type, and their selection of baked goods are always delicious.
I love sweets and will say you have the right amount of sweetness and sugar with every bite without it being a full on diabetic attack before finishing your snack. Everything I have tried so far is great: cupcakes, cookies, lemon bars, & cinnamon rolls.“

“We stumbled upon this lovely Doughnut shop and immediately fell in love. Jason was working the drive-thru. He was an absolute delight. He was very friendly. He had to explain himself twice because my lovely husband didn't listen to the kolache choices, lol. He was very patient. Our kolaches were cooked to perfection yuuuuum. They were a perfect size as well. Our doughnuts were fresh. Everything was deeeeeelicious. We are from Houston but moved to Odessa in August. We don't eat out, but this is our new spot. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and fresh food.“
