I was completely ignored for over 5 minutes, even as employees walked past the window multiple times. Finally, when a car pulled up behind me, they answered him and opened the door window. The lady, named Hannah, asked for $4.50, but I explained that I had been waiting to be served. Instead of addressing the issue, Hannah accused me of riding by the menu with an attitude. Let me pause here—when it comes to ordering food, we all know to stop at the menu to place our orders, so why wouldn't I? Hannah's attitude was extremely unpleasant, even when I simply asked for the manager's number. Though I didn't call, I filled out a complaint form with corporate to address this problem as soon as possible. Keep in mind, I waited for 5 minutes and was treated as if I were in the wrong. Dealing with Hannah's attitude was heartbreaking, especially with a sad 2-year-old in tow. If the owner sees this, please contact me. I need to speak with you and show you the full video of my experience. Hannah's behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed at all levels of this company.

Bought a banana split for my granddaughter, she is in her 7 months of pregnancy and desire one, so we went buy the split for her, and she just ate the ice cream because the banana was so ripe it had dark almost black inside. So please those kind of bananas throw them away and don't cover them with the ice cream. It's not good for your service.

Id like to first say, they need to fix their hours of business online because me and my husband drove from midland just for them to say they were closed at 9:30 when it says they close at 10. secondly the amount of times we have gone through the drive through, it takes 15-20 minutes for them to make a single cappuccino blast. As someone who works in the fast food industry, it seems like these people have not been trained properly. We usually see the same guy but some other employees have terrible customer service. overall experience with this baskin is ab a 3/10. it's quite frustrating being a daily paying customer. hopefully whoever the manager is can get better staff.

Ordered a pint of cookies and cream to go. Got a barely over half filled pint because girl working didn’t want to open the next container of ice cream. This was my first trip to a Baskin-Robin in 10 years because I have never had a good experience and this reminded me why I haven’t been and won’t be going back. She had the audacity to be rude to be when I asked her to fill it up. Made me uncomfortable so I paid for it and left without the full pint of ice cream I paid for. I sure hope it saved the company some money or that worker some time because I sure didn’t benefit from the experience.

The location was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and professional. The best part is the ice cream is on point. Just as I remembered as a kid.
