I normally love this restaurant, but this location did not update their website or voice recording to reflect the change in Chistmas eve hours. I called but no one answered the phone. I was allowed to make a reservation. We get there and they were closing but I was still getting messages to order...wasted my time.

I was completely surprised by the service I received today from our server. Cash, this extremely outgoing person tended to my party with a level of undeniable charm. I'll recommend, will be a great experience if you find the much to end up in her section.

We were seated in front of a glitching TV and no effort to move us to another area. How can you not replace a TV that continuously breaks if you’re a sports bar?? Very disappointed.

Holy... I got a Grilled Ribeye, Medium. Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Side Salad. Everything was badass. All of it. The beer was great. The server was exceptional. This place is top notch and worth going to. We will be making this a regular spot. Damn... I want another steak!

Our waitress was really nice 😊 professional and very knowledgeable about what we would like! Very bubbly and friendly. I wanted to stay true to eating healthy but she informed me it’s the weekend why not have a cheat day!! I thought about it and said why not!!! So I ordered Fish 🐟 n Chips with coleslaw really good 😊 very pleasantly surprised! My husband ordered Bacon 🥓 and cheese burger 🍔. He enjoyed it a lot! I wasn’t able to eat any of my fries 🍟 so I took them with me. Sorry 😞 I can’t remember our waitress name but we will be back because you made it enjoyable! Thank you 😊

Got lunch today for my office and it was awful. I ordered the Creamy Chipotle pasta, a side of mash potatoes and the poblano spinach dip. The pasta is oily barely had any cheese and is just not good. The poblano spinach dip is completely not edible as it has more grease/oil then food. It was supposed to be topped with cheese and sour cream but it was underneath the dip that is so oily🤮 its missing the salsa its suppose to come with as well as the focaccia bread. My dad ordered the California Chicken dinner thats served over rice with one side. His side is missing and the rice that its supposed to come with was also missing so he literally only got a chicken breast for $14.99. Also my other co workers who also ordered from here are not satisfied with how their food came out as it was all oily and partially missing. The cook needs some lessons as this is the worst food we have ever got from here! The entire bill came out to $231.54 and not only were we missing a lot of items but what we did get was bad. Not even worth calling either because they just say come back up here to get it replaced when we are at work and cant leave to pick it back up 😔

2 years ago I gave you a 5star. This time around yalls bartender had attitude and kinda rude, the one with the blond, brown, pink hair, the pizza was burnt... and I got handed a dirty plate...also, you call that a dressed drink? What happened to yall?shame...

I ordered through the app for delivery. It was saying that the uber driver selected by bubbas wasn’t even headed to grab my food after it was prepared for about 20 minutes. I called and spoke with a manager who proceeded to argue with me, told me I ordered through uber and not bubbas app. She continued to argue when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my order. She was very rude. I was informed by another worker her name is Tabby. To top it all off they cooked my food wrong. I submitted no sauce and they still put sauce in it. My food was cold by the time it got here and we had to heat everything to temperature in the oven.
I ate at bubbas Odessa September 9th and she was manager my food was wrong three times I left without eating and an invalid voucher. Tabby is the worst manager we have had to deal with.
