I ordered through the app for delivery. It was saying that the uber driver selected by bubbas wasn’t even headed to grab my food after it was prepared for about 20 minutes. I called and spoke with a manager who proceeded to argue with me, told me I ordered through uber and not bubbas app. She continued to argue when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my order. She was very rude. I was informed by another worker her name is Tabby. To top it all off they cooked my food wrong. I submitted no sauce and they still put sauce in it. My food was cold by the time it got here and we had to heat everything to temperature in the oven.
I ate at bubbas Odessa September 9th and she was manager my food was wrong three times I left without eating and an invalid voucher. Tabby is the worst manager we have had to deal with.

This was my first time here. I had heard a lot of good stuff about this place. The service was great. The food was ok. But they were out of a lot of the beer selection. All of my favorites were out. Being out of one is understandable but 3 or more and that just reflects bad on management. I usually don’t leave a review after only one visit but with so many other options in sports bars/restaurants, I don’t see my self coming back. This was on a Sunday during football season btw so it just seems like they should’ve been better prepared.

Our waitress was awesome....but it was slow in there and she somehow forgot our drinks for quite awhile. 15 min give or take. She came out the kitchen and we made eye contact and I made a hand gesture for drinks. She looked at me apologetic and had our drinks out almost immediately. We had never been in the restaurant before and I told her so.. I had ordered on uber eats tho...and I had my mom and my son with with me. The food was so amazing! I had told my mom about the fish and chips before, and thats what we got and it was so good! They are also kid friendly! Had my toddler with me and they made him the best cheeseburger ever! The manager came out to talk to all the patrons and she was so nice too. Yall check this place out! Fish and chips are never my first choice...but they are at this place! Bathrooms were super clean also!!

Never go inside an order pickup. I’ve ordered family tenders (20) several times but this time the app wouldn’t place my order after so many tries. Decided to go an order inside, I explained the issue and there was a difference in price. I also explained that online they give you (4) orders of fries or tator tots. After so many times explaining a them willing to help put my order they still managed to get it wrong. Only got the 20 no fries, sauces weren’t what I asked for.. took 30mins sittings around. Won’t ever place an order again.

The vertical ID rule is really stupid and I have never been to any other bar or restaurant that enforces what kind of ID you have. It’s a real valid state ID, it has my birthday that clearly states I’m over 21. When we asked why he shrugged and said “I don’t know honestly”. Like what is the reason? Is that even allowed?
This is a great comfort food restaurant. These service was excellent. We even had the manager that came to a table to be sure everything was okay. I really recommend this place
