Wow i can believe the night cuban manager cursed me out because my daughter wanted to use her coupons for her order and before paying i gave the 2 rude drive thru employees the coupons and said your supposed to provide them at the speaker and i told her like 3 times about the coupons , they took the food away from me i felt so ashamed! What would i tell my daughter now right ? But o well never coming here ever again.

I usually think this place is ok. But after this morning, I'm never going back. Nothing worse that getting to work and the coffee you just bought is cold and taste weird. I'm assuming it's from yesterday. So disgusting. Someone should let them know , not to serve old coffee.

Went thru drive thru about 1110am. Got an original chicken sandwich add cheese. This was supposed to be my meal before work. Got home, there was so much mayo on it that it was seeping from the sides. Totally not edible. I have called the location like 15 times and nobody will answer. So I wrapped it back up and will stop by on my way to work. It is absolutely disgusting that they think someone could actually eat that. Customer service is not happening at this location. They need to do better. I work in the service industry also, it's not hard to make a sandwich right. I want a refund. Nasty

We stopped here to get breakfast with the family. The building was clean, and well-staffed. The food came out hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly and inviting.

The intercom is trash. The people working didn’t understand me and they got my order wrong. When I told them at the window the guy just stared at me like he was on drugs or just woke up from a deep sleep.

Thank you Karmel and the wonderful staff that put up with my rude*** complaint. Y'all fixed corporates mistake with such poise and class. Very sweet, respectful, and courteous. Throughout it all and still served us a beautiful meal as I watched it prepared in a very clean lobby. Great job everyone especially you Karmel thanks again.
