I did not appreciate how rude this manager was I went thru the drive thru around 730 pm so who ever that manger is on this day Nov 17 2024 needs to humble herself I had to give half n half payment cash n card and I'd know what's so funny about me asking for my change and recite even if 8ts 16 cents. You give it back. When I asked her the cashier for my change and recite, they where laughing their buts off.....so I said what's so funny they just looked at each other. Idk about yall but since when do placesnot give u a recite and ur change who care how much ur giving back you don't just keep ppls change!

Stop going to this restaurant a couple that went in after school hours around 6 o’clock young man and His pregnant girlfriend went in to get something to eat, and they Refused their service. They did not do nothing wrong. They Just wanted something to Eat these employees rude and disrespectful to The young couple. I will report them cause they’re being racist

I don't think the employees understand what you are ordering. Every time, they get the order wrong. Today, I ordered a kids' meal hamburger plain, and the meal didn't even have the hamburger in the bag. Then, when I asked for it, they wanted to give a cheeseburger. I didn't realize they charged me for a cheeseburger and not a plain burger. Also the inside of the restaurant is really dirty, I usually use the drive thru and had never realized that. Last time coming to this place.
Worse customer service from Alejandra. Super Rude and disrespectful giving attitude through the drive thru. It was all very unnecessary considering I was just asking simple questions.

Went through the drive-thru order two bacon cheeseburgers medium fries medium drink with no pickles got order had pickles on my burger the girl at the drive-thru argued with me and told me I couldn't have a coupon for that order but I did had to go in the store to get my order right at took five of them to understand what I was saying because no one spoke English
