Look it's Friday I just got off work tired like everyone else who goes early as 4 to work okay So it's 6:06pm went to bush's I've always get bush's on my payday I love bush's ❤️ Went there super happy no customers I order 10 PC chicken ONLY the girl told me it's going to take 15 MINUTES I'm like woah that's the first but was like okay sure no problem I mean it's bush's so I waited 6 minutes later she came n was like go park over there I'll bring ur order so I went n parked n waited.
35 MINUTES LATERR!!!!😡
I sat there watched her take order from literally less than 12 people with 5× more orders than mine. I saw one guy employee came closer to the car for other customers n I asked him *hey are you guys still working on my order* he plainly said *i dont know what order* 🤨🤨 i am taken back I've never been treated like this before esp at bush's the other workers I encountered were b4 this were very sweet n these two today were something else. I told him you know what it's ok forget it n I left becuz I was going to bible study right after n I haven't been this pissed 😤 in a really long time. So uhm the girl who took my order I saw you glancing over at me n u didn't bring my order u can eat that 10 PC chicken ok n u stay very blessed okay. N to bush's thank u for all u r doing this loyal customer of yours is out.
FYI *the girl is short straight black hair and shes still young probably a student🤦🏻♀️*

Great food at a great price for the area! Very quick turnaround from order to receiving the food. The staff is customer service oriented; Something I have not seen in the area for a good while! Hope they keep up the good work!

The chicken was undercooked. The drinks had no flavor, just carbonated water. The cup for the gravy wasn’t even a quarter of the way full. Would recommend not stopping here.

Employees are asking"do you want your change back " umm yeah. I'm not tipping $9 on a $1 cup of tea .
I'm not against tipping but when some employees are rude and basically demanding one. I have an issue.
tipping should be left to the customers discretion. I'm not tipping a large amount when you just walked 2 steps out the door with just a cup of tea.
from this location with the exception of about 2 employees who were very nice during various visits the rest were hustling tips and somewhat rude

Feeding 6 for under $50 given that we had enough left over for four of us to have reheated chicken tenders in a roll later in the day is a pretty good deal. The food is consistently good. Not the healthiest choice so we only get it once every 6-8 weeks but it’s tastes great every time. Remember to always check your order before you leave - that goes for most places in Odessa these days though. Glad we still have Bush’s as a choice for sure.

The young girl at the window on the drive thru window during the afternoon shift began taking our order but before we actually got to order she sent someone out to tell us they were closing. We arrived way before closing time.
Ordered a tender meal through the drive-thru and both the chicken and fries were cold. Also did not get a single full chicken strip, just pieces of breading with chicken few and far in between. Absolute joke for the price of the meal.
