Not only is the food one of the best to eat, the workers are the best to meet. The food is absolutely delicious and it’s always quick service and taste fresh. The workers are always so sweet and nice no matter what time of day, I have always felt welcomed no matter who it was.

I ordered mash potatoes and they gave me plain gravy instead.I ordered one jalapeño and they gave me an entire order of jalapeño poppers. I hate jalapeños poppers. The employees taking your order in the drive-up should write down the order instead of by memory.To top it off, the chicken was COLD and old. Must of been yesterdays left overs. Poor management …. I guess that’s why so many locations have closed. I’ll never eat there again. The tea was awesome tho.

Went at about 9 and the kids in the store said there was no fresh food so I shouldn't order so I didn't ?
I called to place an order for pickup only to be told they are short-handed and busy. The person who answered the phone went on again to say they are short handed and busy " I mean we have everything made, you can come to the drive through and order your food we have it ready but umm yeah we just can't take orders over the phone because we are short handed and busy" in the time it took her to tell me what she already said twice she could have taken my order it was one small meal. I work less than a couple of minutes away, and I arrived to find 3 cars in the drive-through and 2 customers at register waiting to order. This location often closes early, even earlier than their hand written posted signs state. I'd normally order online, but having tried out door dash at this establishment before, I am well aware that the orders are not always filled, and it takes a while to be refunded. Employers should educate their employees as to what keeps a business running as well as enable them to receive a paycheck. I love Bush's, just not the work ethic at this location. ?

I wish I could give negative stars this place needs to close down. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the time the lobby was supposed to be closed. They turned us away and we were forced to go somewhere else as our truck won’t fit through the drive thru. They were extremely rude. It was supposed to be our first experience here but we will definitely not be back and I will be contacting the bbb to report the store. Hopefully it will get closed down because it’s a terrible business practice with terrible service.

The manager was working the whole place,cashier, and the floor,even behind the line and still got our food out within a few minutes. She's one of a kind.Everyone in line was impressed with how she never wavered under pressure and kept her smile and managed to take care of all of us like a champ.The food was good,but because of how impressive your manager was I give you a 5 star rating!
