We made an order around 9pm and they had the lights off, doors locked, 3 women (around the age of 30) and 1 man (all cuban) saw us outside and the woman was arguing with the man to not let us in while we were waiting on our online order, and yes the charge went thru, we called them they were super rude and they told us they had no order on their side when it took our money. Now we have to wait until tomorrow morning to get our money back and speak to a manager about their lazy, disrespectful, entitled behavior.
