This place is a fraud. I ordered online a month ago went to pick up at store and it was shutdown with a lockbox on it. Why would you still accept online orders if you are closed down??? Corporate knows about this situation yet they still have not refunded my money and now do not even answer my emails back. Why would I support a company who treats their customers that way. This place is a bunch of crooks!!!

I walk into the store and ask for large ultimate fries and large strawberry lemonade I always ask for the beef on the side as I paid extra for it on this occasion he said he had to ask his manager who is the same person who made it for me the last time and charges me for the meat she said she cannot do that to him so I said but why you did it the last time so I ask him to speak with her and she refuses to so when I ask him for her name she said she cannot give me her name so I said to the guy what your name and what your manager name he said he cannot do that either well I get my order and he did not give me the recipe which I had to ask for what rude customer service and I paid for a large fries and got a small. the manager was rude, refusing to talk with me as I have done this at every Charley's I have been to and always got charged for the meat. well the Charley Philly #02380 Wal-Mart S loop 288 need to learn how to handle customers issue and she as a manager need training and to train her associate on customer service. and to make it worst employee Hannah c name is on the recipe and it a man of Indian heritage who took my order so Charley's fix your manager in store on how to deal with customer problems.

the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.

They were really busy and got the orders put quick. I've had the bacon 3 cheesesteak and the chicken Philly. Both were amazing!
The food is pretty good there’s just a lot of vegetables on it. Meaning there’s more like onions on it than chicken a lot of vegetables I would like to have more chicken seem like they were saving on chicken. Also, I said no pickles as you can see in my receipts and guess what I got pickles and I also don’t have a straw, Uber eats so I have to deal with no straw and I’m at work but otherwise it’s pretty good. I will give it a second chance. We shall see next time .. decent food.. the fries are pretty good . You all just need to pay more attention to detail like no pickles, and may be providing a straw and more meat. But flavor a 10. Update ****I order 2nd time and it was amazing thank you

This place is so unwelcoming! Nobody greets you. They stand at the register like a zombie. The same guy has taken my order three different times and he is so unfriendly. When he called my number for my food, I had four different boxes that he didn’t offer to sack for me. I asked him for a sack and he tried to correct me saying, “you mean a bag!” Then he just handed me the sack instead of offering to put my food in it for me. None of the workers are ever friendly.I can say that the food is good. But the customer service has a lot lacking!

I ordered through Uber eats so can't say anything about service or atmosphere but the food I can talk about.I really enjoyed my Old School Philly it had a great amount of meat on it. It could have been better prepared instead of slapped together but nothing a fork can fix.The Ultimate fries were okay I can say a piece of advice ask for no salt on fries as the cheese sauce and bacon add enough salt. My fries were a little salty. I still ate them, just will get no salt next time.
