Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

People that work here do not care. Stood in front of the register for about 15 minutes with nobody in sight. Called the phone for the business and let it ring about 20 times and the guy finally came out the back. Stayed on his Bluetooth head phones talking with somebody else the whole time I ordered. Multiple people came and gone while I was waiting for my food because he was to busy on his Bluetooth headset than helping costumers. Just sad to see such a good food spot go down the gutters like this.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻♀️

will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Went to go order yesterday they gave me my food but didn’t give my bfs sandwich when asked about the sandwich they were trying to say that I only ordered boneless wings which is false because my total came out to 25 dollars. Teenage white girl was being rude trying to say that I was lying!

The server was nice, took my order I went and sat down. I saw she had dropped an OPEN bag of frozen fries on the ground. She put the fries back in the bag left the bag on the counter, then swept and cooked using the same bag she had just dropped. All of this happened with the same pair of gloves. From picking fries up from the floor to sweeping to touching every ingredient in our food. I was so irritated I spent my money and lunch break watching that.
