It was okay. I got the chicken pot pie during their lunch specials. I got sick after. Paid $50 for 2 people, 2 drinks, 1 appetizer & still, the croissant was cold 😞. However, we loved the way they stacked the onion rings 😇. The onion rings were pretty good. 😊

First time going to Cheddars. Our server Nevada was awesome !! So efficient and provided excellent service. Those croissants were fresh and delicious. Definitely going back soon.

We had a really bad experience.. The hostess was unprofessional and seemed to go out of her way to ignore our request. We clearly told her—twice—that we preferred to sit under the fans where there were clearly empty tables. Instead, she kept trying to seat us in a different section we didn’t like. It honestly felt like she was doing it on purpose. After waiting over 30 minutes while others were being seated, we had enough and decided to leave. Her attitude was horrible and made us feel completely unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of service we expected.

So my wife is there right now with my daughter. My daughter and one of her friends are eating at a table and my wife sat herself at the bar because every other customer was seating themselves. She was told to get back up and wait to be seated. She asked to sit at the bar and was promptly moved to a table. She also told me that the two hostesses are laughing at her. I went to school at Sul Ross State University and used to go to Odessa to get out and see a bigger city. I’ve spent weeks telling my wife and daughter that Odessa doesn’t suck. You all managed to kill that argument in one fell swoop. Congratulations

Wife and I had the meatloaf, found pieces of plastic in our food , ask for manager no apology just said it happens sometimes! I refused to pay for meal she acted like it was no big deal
Really good food. Awese service. Wish i had discovered this long ago. Everytime i wanted to go there people said no lets go somewhere else. Now that i went, i highly recommend. I been twice 2 different days. Very resonably priced. Please dont change that.
