Alex the GM is AHHHHHHmazing. Today is my Gma's 83rd birthday I live in Dallas and she lives there in Odessa. The pick up time I placed the order for was not good for who I had picking it up and Alex so graciously assured me that even though the order was already made they would remake it fresh at another pick up time. If this isn't great service I don't know what is. Thank you Alex for making this Happen my Grandma loves this place and I really wanted to make this happen as it is the hot food she gets is meals on wheels!!!

Had the cajun pasta. Was terrible. The pasta was over cooked and mushy. Did not taste fresh!
Had a dinner meal. The food was good, the service was attentive. Pretty much everything about the experience was positive, except for one thing. It was so freezing cold inside the restaurant that I could not even enjoy my meal. I moved around a couple of times but it was still freezing cold inside. It is mid April and the high today was around 82 degrees, so that made it even more unpleasant to go into a restaurant where they had the temp in the low 60s. It was excruciating.

Dont go to this particular cheddars. Food was ok but service is terrible the worst ive ever seen. They leave dirty plates all over and dont seem to care.

Had chicken fried chicken gravy was salty but our service was great and food didn't take long to receive.
Food was excelent! First date night that ended with good food and full bellies in a while!! Other resteraunts just don't seem to take the time or even care about what type of food they are serving their customers anymore but Cheddar's was absolutely amazing with their food. I will say the restaurant could have been a little bit warmer but we live in West Texas, the last thing I'm going to complain about is refrigerated air. And the service was mehh... ladies must I remind you that a messy bun does not constitute the permission to not brush your hair at all. Overall I've got to say that Cheddar's was the best restaurant experience since moving back to West Texas a year ago. Many props to Cheddar's. You got a good thing going on.

We enjoyed a delightful meal at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. It was very busy, yet the service was quick. The food was well prepared and plated. Our waitress was very attentive and outgoing. I would recommend Cheddar's for family of any size as well.
