Ordered 14 dollars worth of food products and when I asked for souce they said it was 50 cents for 1 sauce I've been here plenty of times in other citys as. They never charged that much for 1 sauce container after purchasing a combo and my fries had no texture of salt I felt like a was eating cardboard and when I ask for fresh fries the manager didn't meet my request very unprofessional I'm honored I was that one customer that had a bad experience wish I had a good on like everyone else

Twice they have given me cold chicken nuggets, asked for new chicken nuggets the 2nd time and they gave me barely not cold chicken nuggets. Then today I ordered breakfast on the app and got there 5 minutes after 10:30 and refused to give me my order. I know yall still had chicken minis. Could have just gave them to me. 2nd worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.

Love the food, but my most recent visit the cashier had attitude and made it seem like he didn’t want to scan my coupon I had, he tried to say it was expired but it didn’t expire for another five months. It shows on the receipt his name is Ruben R. He didn’t even bother to say my pleasure or show any gratitude either.

The girl at the window handing food is so rude she has blonde highlights and basically threw the food at us and didn’t even acknowledge us. I didn’t even know she was done giving me my food because she was ignoring me and didn’t say my pleasure or anything. We also asked for more sauce and the girl on the other side of the window said no and proceeded to hand it rudely. Definitely a bad experience!

I love Chick-fil-A but this one annoys me because the girls with the iPads taking the orders rush up to your car before you even get close to the menu or block the menu. Then you feel like you need to hurry and just order nuggets like aways because you haven't go to see what else was there. I did go inside my last trip and it was much better. I don't always have time to do that though.
