This is copy and pasted from the message I sent to the Facebook yesterday I haven’t received a response to, We came through earlier today forgot our gallon of tea before pulling away from the drive through window , came back just a few minutes ago for dinner and notified them of the missing gallon of tea we were given the run around and was questioned as to why we forgot our gallon of tea , I don’t know the ladies name that called to “ clarify” as she called it was very rude after I had to come into the restaurant to find out about the gallon of tea , my family loves chic fil a but this was unacceptable treatment we received I feel as though they thought we were trying to get a free gallon of tea and we’re treated very unkind , I just wanted to notify corporate of this matter thanks

I’ve been to this location twice now, and both times they’ve forgotten condiments/dressing. My husband got a salad for dinner, come back to the hotel to realize they didn’t give us the dressing. How do you forget salad dressing for a salad?!

i just went through the drive thru and ordered a 30 count nugget and 2 fries and i asked to add 1 more fry and so we made sure to double check that there was 3 fries and she told me yes there was 3 so i paid and pulled to the window and i looked in the bag there was no third fry so i told them and they said i had only gotten two and i was like well ok i was supposed to have three im not paying for it bc the lady that took my order sat there and lied to me then so she got the manager involved and she made me pay for it. i won’t be going back.
Portions got a bit smaller but the Grade A service stays the same
