I normally love the chicken but the service at this location has gotten extremely slow. After 10 minute's in the drive through with only one car ahead we finally gave up on ever getting our order taken and went to get some of the Lord's chicken instead. Not a one time fluke. The drive through has been like this the last 3 times I've gone.

We are very unsatisfied with chicken express they had no livers gizzards or fish. Will never return.

Stopped going here because they never fail to mess up my order by not giving me the everything. There's always something missing. I would think when a chicken tender meal is ordered they'd remember to add the chicken tenders.

Love eating in seems they don't want customers in the store doors locked today 11/25/2025 friends family members allowed in drive thru attendant smoking in front of the building last visits out of side items gravy besides giving smaller portions watered down Love the food flavor and freshness having to go to churches chicken

Whoever is taking the drive thru orders NEEDS/SHOULD repeat it back so there’s no mix ups. I asked for mashed potatoes and green beans and they only gave me green beans. I also asked for spicy chicken and got regular. It’s a simple job that little kids should understand.

In Odessa for an adoption event, and went to get lunch after. Asked for Okra on both plates, then got home and realized they gave us fries instead.
