Went and ordered some tenders and fried gizzards through drive-thru chicken tenders ice cold gizzards raw and bloody went in to get them replaced for the order waited 30 minutes for them to replace the order come out give my kids the chicken it's finally done bite into the gizzards still raw and bloody The rolls hard as a rock I will never step foot in back in the store cuz when I went in to tell the manager on duty that the gizzards were still raw he copped an attitude with me saying well I should have went someplace else so I will be taking my business other places I do not recommend anybody to go to this place at least on the night shift when he is there

I asked for fresh food, I had two employees swear to me the just barely replaced the tenders so they were fresh. When I got my food the tenders were old, cold and tastes terrible.

Our server was absolutely wonderful! Sadly she was the only one. The other staff was yelling in the back and another young lady ( staff) was even cursing in front of customers. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman that was clearly the light and delight of this particular establishment! Food... Fresh and tasty as expected.

I came in around 9:40pm, right after getting off work because I was craving this chicken. I was not expecting the greatest service as I understood that the restaurant was about to close, and I can imagine the annoyance when the line is empty and you have someone order. I’ve worked in food service and experienced the annoyance myself! However, Willie (maybe William) took my order with a great attitude, let me know nicely that they were out of an item I wanted, heard my disappointment, and happily compensated me with generous portions, and an extra sauce I didn’t even ask for! Now that is customer service!

We placed an online order and came in to wait. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff was great. Our food was fresh and hot. Don't sleep on the fish! It was really good! The service was awesome and the food was delicious!
