the food was great super fast service from the am crew lady manager was very friendly and all the people were working hard and cleaning everything food was hot and fresh definitely recommend going and get the corn nuggets.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Went there today (drive thru) at 6:50 pm and order a 12 pc family meal, I was told they where out of chicken that it would take 15 min to this I didnāt want to wait so I left went home. Around 8:12 pm the same day I went back because I was really craving that chicken I tried the drive thru again order the same thing I can hear the guy asking the cooks if they had chicken ready which Iām sure they said no because the guy gave me the same answer as before, that it would take 15 min which I said āis ok Iāll waitā. Than the guy paused for a minute and replied you know what is going to be 20 min for the chicken at this moment I knew they just didnāt want to sale me chicken which is ironic. I would like to know who is running this place is like going to McDonaldās and ordering a Big Mac and for them to tell me they are out of them.

Ordered a 7 piece tender meal (almost $18 with tax) and got all the way home just to realize they only gave me 5 "tenders" that were closer in size to a nugget. You can see the okra in the pic for size reference. Shameful... but that's what I get for trusting someone instead of checking my order before I left, although that was literally all I ordered.

Ordered gizzards through Uber Eats and specifically added a note to include gravy but they did not, therefore I had to throw them all away because one canāt eat gizzards without gravy!!!

The quality has definitely gone down. The biscuits were small and hard. The chicken was hard on the inside. Like day old food. Probably won't go bavk anytime soon.

It was not busy at all and We pulled up and there was what looked ro be a child literally laying on the wall. Hopped down when we got to the speaker. Ordered a #2 and a fish meal. Both were pretty terrible.Now don't get me wrong I have loved ChickenE ever since my high school days but I guess they were understaffed oe something because the service was super slow and the food was cold or in my case with the chicken tenders it was undercooked. The gravy had bits of french fries and was super clumpy and gross. My husband got the fish and boy he has been in the bathroom puking after 1 filet. Even the notorious sweet tea tasted off. Everything tasted old. I really hope that this place gets their act together. Because as of now I'm not coming back.

I donāt come often but the times I have visited, Iām always disappointed. My chicken & gravy are luke warm the fries are cold & stale. A fast food chain this large with a simple menu shouldnāt be consistently making mistakes like this.
