This used to be one of my favorite places, but unfortunately, the quality and value have really gone downhill. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, but here you’ll end up spending close to $100 and still leave hungry. The portions are small, the food isn’t worth the price, and the service was slow and not very welcoming. It’s disappointing because it used to be much better. Maybe it depends on the day, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with spending a lot for very little in return.

1st time being there. Arrived around 415. Waited almost 15 minutes to be acknowledged by staff. Then was told by someone that they didn't know where the waitress was at but they would take care of my table. We were the only people sitting there. The young man did an excellent job for my table. The food was amazing. But disappointed that no mexican food was on the menu. The restaurant is small and dark but comfortable. The prices were reasonable. Would definitely go back.

I had placed an order for take out during lunch I had got 2 orders of beef and shrimp fried rice I then picked up the food and when I was eating I found a dead fly in my food I took the food back disgusted and didn’t cause a scene I asked what they would do about it and they wanted to remake one of the orders I told them I didn’t want the food anymore and they said they would refund one of the plates they had took the whole order back and I had to demand my money back for the whole order and they refunded just the plates and not the drinks this place it terrible

Every single time ive TRIED to order from this place, i pay. And then AFTER they charge me. They cancel my order because they just randomly close EVERY SINGLE TIME. So then i have to wait days for a refund. This is the most poorly run restaurant in town apparently.

I don't usually do reviews. But I have been to this place in the last 2 months...once during the lunch rush and once before dinner. Both times, the food was well seasoned, but the chicken in the General Tso's chicken was as tough as beef jerky. It is without question the worst Chinese dish I have eaten anywhere in the state of Texas, and that is saying something.

We ventured to China-Mex for lunch. Despite being very busy, we were seated quickly. The food arrived hot and delicious, hitting all the right spots. The service was attentive, and we left feeling happy and full.
Gave me the order wrong, it was chicken tasted like seafood very very salty waitress never went back to see if we needed anything else

Very disappointed.UPDATE. 4/10/2024Decided to give it another go.Food was ordered a whole day in advance so it wouldn't be late . Was set for 1:00 , but it was 1:45 and GrubHub hadn't picked it up yet. Had to pick up my cold order myself. Got home and saw food was greasy, undercooked and made us sick after we ate . Won't be back for sure.
