I’ve been here a few times over the past month and it’s downhill again. Every time I got the line is to the door, 25-30 minutes of waiting time. Once I get to order, food it everywhere and the place needs a good deep cleaning. It’s honestly disgusting and I should have left. They don’t even care to wipe the areas around the food. There was cheese on the tortillas press from the previous customers quesadilla, and i got burnt cheese all over the outside of my tortilla. The lettuce is always black and guacamole is rancid. They are usually out of what you want. Employees hate their job and there is poor communication. Last time they gave me the run around about the meat I wanted, this time they didn’t run my card correctly as I was trying to use my free meal credit. The manager was nice and explained everything, however, the employee should have been trained to ask for help before attempting a mistake. Now I have to see if my card ends up getting a refund or not, something else to worry about. I just can’t believe the wait times and the quality of food that comes out of this restaurant. I will no longer come to the Odessa location and will make the drive to midland. Sometimes there is a wait there as well, but at least I can rely on the food ALWAYS tasting up to par. I should have taken photos of the restaurant, as a previous restaurant manager, it was honestly horrible and unacceptable.This is my last straw and I won’t be back. They do not care about the health of the general public.

I do not recommend!Even with salsa the taste is bland.They basically threw poor quality ingredients together into a shell and call it a taco. Even Taco Bell tacos would be better. They need new mngmt

Everytime I come here they’re always missing something, whether it be rice or a certain meat. This time they didn’t have tortillas for the burritos so I opted for a bowl, come to find out they don’t have lids for the bowls so they wrapped it in foil to go and by the time I got home the foil was off of the bowl and food was in the bag. The staff was very rude and I understand many of them are highschool or college students who most likely don’t even want to be there but in no way should it interfere with quality of the food and restaurant. My rice is sticky like sushi rice and there is big chunks of god knows what in my bowl??♀️. I’m sick of this location and the inconsistency
