Employees didn't want to help customers out when customers came in to order for food.... employees back were turned around and was not paying attention when customers were coming in the store to order for food.....all I ask is when I come in the store please say hi and welcome to church's chicken and how can we help you out today.....I didn't even get that...I will not be coming back to this location for order food....

I don’t know why but they never have any chicken ready and you always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes and all these young kids they have working there have attitude and customer service doesn’t exist.

Church's used to be the best, most juicy Chicken around. Now you are lucky if you get it fresh and forget about white gravy! Brown is gross. I'm done with Church's Chicken!

I go there each time there out of something... How do I have to wait 15 minutes for you to cook the chickens thats supposed to be made. It's 8 pm. You should have chickens ready .it's fast food for a reason. It's not the first time they don't have something or something ready..

The cuisine did not meet our expectations. The chicken, mashed potatoes, and macaroni were unpleasantly tepid and lacked flavor. I ordered this for my children and myself on Mother's Day, but even they found the taste unusual and cold.I spent $35 dollars and I want a refund. I will be going tomorrow in person and requesting a refund from the manager.
