What a shame every time I come, the terrible service, just people doing nothing, leaving only one person to serve, always dirty staff and dirty kitchen, the worst thing is not only that but that if they see you Latino they don't want to serve you!! The owner's money and attention does not matter to him. Because of this bad service they are without customers.

Sat in the drivethrufor over 20 minutes and no one took my order. I had to call the road runner just to get someone to take my order. Even after i called I waited another 10 minutes and still no one ever took my order. This is ridiculous, some people are disabled and can't get out to go inside. I watched 3 other people behind me leave before I gave up and left too. I truly don't understand how you all are even still open. If you're thinking about coming here don't, it's a waste of your time.

No fault to the 2 staff guys who are working hard there, but they have no staff, no drive-thru because no staff, ran out of coleslaw, because no staff, and waited over 20 minutes because no staff. The register guy was the cook the guy who got the order and the one who cleaned the tables. Please get some folks in there and pay them a decent salary, they will always be loyal.
I liked their bread, it's good, but the chicken didn't taste like anything. It doesn't have its own seasoning or style. It's tasteless. They could improve its flavor. The texture is good, but the flavor is not something I'm going to repeat. It's bitter. It tastes like frozen chicken. . Their coleslaw is good, they earn a point. I will give the chicken 3.5 out of 10. It does not meet my expectations.

Terrible they take 1 order at a time and do 1 order at a time and what ever they wanna do before they give you your food they will do .. it’s literally a long line only because the old lady’s want it to be there not even tryna give food out they literally are in slow motion cause they wanna be . Soda machine has no flavor now for 2days that I know of it’s a time consuming wait here for no reason when you go here you’ll see what I mean by no reason the food good tho just not the service or the drinks for that matter
