No fault to the 2 staff guys who are working hard there, but they have no staff, no drive-thru because no staff, ran out of coleslaw, because no staff, and waited over 20 minutes because no staff. The register guy was the cook the guy who got the order and the one who cleaned the tables. Please get some folks in there and pay them a decent salary, they will always be loyal.
I liked their bread, it's good, but the chicken didn't taste like anything. It doesn't have its own seasoning or style. It's tasteless. They could improve its flavor. The texture is good, but the flavor is not something I'm going to repeat. It's bitter. It tastes like frozen chicken. . Their coleslaw is good, they earn a point. I will give the chicken 3.5 out of 10. It does not meet my expectations.
Customer service good, but they dint told e they run out of biscuits until i got home n realize no buiscuits, the phone was not working when i drive all the to churches tgey said it will take 9 minutes, i waited n waited,
