The worst place I have ever gone to eat. If one day you want to eat pizza, don't go to this place. The pizzas are super bad, tasteless, cold. In addition, the place was a bit run down, the atmosphere not very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We sat at a booth. Soon after we were seated they blocked off the section and we had to go to the front of the section to go get our pizza and drinks. Not enough toppings on the pizza.

Service was terrible, lonely person in line and the women had a long slow very casual conversation on the phone and when the call ended she just walked away from me. It seem the manager was just steps away talking to another women completely oblivious to what was happen at the front of his store.

The young man named Osvaldo taking orders at the register was awesome and sweet. There were 15 minutes left until closing and he still managed to get our order in. All around the staff was great and I will be returning! It’s hard to get decent service these days. Highly recommend this Cici’s

Nice place to take the kids and enjoy a great time.
My family and I went there at 8pm and the manager said it was takeout only, about four families were turned away but a family of cuban people were allowed to sit down and when I asked the manager he said that we could come in but we would get one pizza. I think this is racist because the manager changed his mind and let that family stay because he is also cuban. He also said that because they were many people in the group that each person equals one punch on the card.

I worked in that place and always at the time someone arrived, even if it was 10 minutes before closing, upon entering you would say good night or good morning or good afternoon depending on the schedule, and the young woman or man who was at the cashier would also say "" "welcome""", well it turns out that the food is still delicious and the place is still the same as when I worked, but the service of the people who are working I won't say that they are all the same but at least whoever is at the cashier should be kinder, and know how to say welcome and know how to say good night and good morning and have a little more formal education than that. It is not necessary to learn it at school, since it depends on the reception you receive, the desire to eat an excellent pizza, please check carefully who they put as the face of the place since whoever is at the cashier should be friendlier.
