Lots of mistakes were made on our order. Not that they were busy either, kitchen was still backed up in orders. The waitress was bringing our order in separate plates as they were ready, not all at one time for our table of 4 adults and one toddler. Food was still fresh and hot, but they need to get it together.

Maps said they closed at 11, walked in at 9:20, the chairs were already up, and staff was cleaning, we got seated and told when last call was because they actually closed at 10:30, maybe they should fix the hours online. :)
Waitress said it was okay, but then proceeded to lack on service, sweep under our guests feet’s while we were eating!
We left at 10:26, before closing. So I don’t see what the problem was? The seafood was okay, not worth the prices, save your money and go to hook & reel or red crab bar when in Odessa.
So unprofessional and rude

I had the pleasure of being served by Carigan during my recent visit to Crab City, and I just wanted to say how fantastic the service was. Carigan was not only attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, but she was also hilarious! Her sense of humor really made the experience even more enjoyable. She made great recommendations, ensured we had everything we needed, and checked in just the right amount. On top of that, Jaz, the other waiter, was incredibly nice and welcoming. Both of them made us feel right at home. It’s rare to get service this great, and it really enhanced our whole experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend both Carigan and Jaz if you visit Crab City!

Gave our waitress a cash tip, picked no tip on the keypad when paying, but was still charged $18 gratuity? Food and service were mediocre. Chicken and shrimp were all breading and overcooked. Had to wait for one of our party’s meals that didn’t come out with everyone’s food. Pretty disappointing.

The place was clean, and the drinks were good. The food was okay. We ordered 1LB of
Crawfish,, Clams, Devenid Shrimp and half a pound of octopus and 1 lobster tail and 1 Dungeness Crab Custers and it didn’t look like 1lb of crawfish and shrimp the clams either, but they were big, and the crawfish was small, and we got just 3 octopus in the order. We ordered it in the garlic butter sauce and it didn’t tease like garlic at all, so I ordered some original sauce and I didn’t like it but in that we paid $213 for 2 adults and a 5-year-old and a one-year-old (who just ate and egg and corn and one potato) it wasn’t what I was expecting at all
