This will be the second time I have ordered from the store. The first time the food was burnt. I didn’t have a chance to go back to the store because I was on my way to work last night which was Friday, 12 December 2025 I ordered the seven dollar cheeseburger meal with the crunchy onions my fries or ice cold. My burger was burnt and I ordered a chicken basket. There was no bread in the basket. It was a six piece and the three pieces were burnt. Another piece was undercooked and the fries were cold. This is ridiculous. I tried to call the store several times but the line was busy pretty much all night again. I was on my way to work and I could not turn around and go back. I understand that things happen if people make mistakes, but this is ridiculous.

Always a disappointment coming here service sucks homeless begging outside from time to time employees chatting away no reason food takes so long when they're dead, leadership is failing hard here.
Tried it again instead of chicken strips I got chicken nuggets.

Since when is it okay to be in a restaurant shirtless . Was at the store at 930 pm to pick up an online order a young teen walks past me to the counter with no shirt. They help him. I than noticed 2 more young teens with no shirts sitting in the booth the first one left from. What happened to no shoes no shirt no service. If i wanted to go eat with shirtless people i would go to the lake or beach

They're taking too long in the drive through. Some people need to go inside and order because their orders are big. Im tired of having to wait more than 5 minutes for an order that takes a few seconds

Bathroom was very dirty, and it took so long to get my dinner, I changed it from eating there to go.
