Waste of money. Ordered thru the app and they got everything wrong. Gave me the wrong salad dressing. Forgot the ice cream sandwich that came with Kids meal. I havent been here in over a year because the time before this they gave me the wrong drink and refuse to put brownie pieces in their brownie batter blizzard even when you pag for extra!!! I see a lot of people in the reviews have the same issue. Why do yall not put in the ingredients that are supposed to be included? I'll never come back.

Angela is the rudest person I've had to deal with in awhile. If you and your team mess up an part of my order and its a 30+ minute round trip back to the restaurant then, yes you should definitely remake my entire order not argue with me about how cold/fresh my food is.

Nice staff. Typical dairy Queen. Well, almost. This dairy queen only has chocolate soft serve ice cream like once a week or once s month something like that. So literally thr only chocolate u get is chocolate shell on your ice cream. Literally not one single establishment in odessa texas offers REAL soft serve chocolate ice cream. Some places have that non dairy chocolate ice that they try to substitute as chocolate ice cream. But there's no cream in it so it's like basically frozen hot chocolate that somebody made with water instead of milk. I feel bad that the people in this town have never really probably even experienced real soft serve chocolate ice cream.....so sad.

So looks like the reviews don’t change anything. In 2018, there was a review about a wrong order and the drive thru window being shut in a customer while they’re still talking. It’s still happening 7 yrs later. This place doesn’t care about themselves, or their customers. Worst food I’ve had in a long time. How can you mess up a BLT?? I’ve complained to the mgr, twice, and you can tell she’s afraid to be a boss. All she does is apologize, but doesn’t make sure changes are made. The food was so disappointing. DISAPPOINTING! I should just go gag myself and not deal with these crappy calories. Do not go here, unless you like crappy tasting, squashed food that isn’t even what you ordered, given to you by rude people who have a mgr that doesn’t know how to run a crew. Disappointing. 🤮

U love diary queen but this location constantly forgets some of the ingredients that com with the royals cheesecake blast specifically the cheesecake pieces ! It is so good put when we pay for extra pieces and then there’s none it’s so upsetting and when we stopped choosing extra pieces they still didn’t put any in there not even the ones that come with it regularly I’m not sure if they probably don’t have the pieces b if that’s so they should make a sign or take it off the menue on DoorDash because people are wasting their money we are for sure so please diary queen do better
