This used to be the best DQ. But the last month this place has been garbage. I have been to other DQ’s and feel the same about them. I guess I’ll need to find myself a new ice cream spot other than DQ.

U love diary queen but this location constantly forgets some of the ingredients that com with the royals cheesecake blast specifically the cheesecake pieces ! It is so good put when we pay for extra pieces and then there’s none it’s so upsetting and when we stopped choosing extra pieces they still didn’t put any in there not even the ones that come with it regularly I’m not sure if they probably don’t have the pieces b if that’s so they should make a sign or take it off the menue on DoorDash because people are wasting their money we are for sure so please diary queen do better

Burger sat under a heatlamp i guess . Bread was hard and sandwich smashed flat. Fries were a few hours old, stale and hard and not hot. Worst dairy queen experience i have ever had!

Ask Faith in dairy Queen's ability to make a blizzard because the last 10 times that I've been actually for the last couple years their blizzards suck they never put enough candy in there and I even pay extra every time I tell him to put two times extra candy on her I'll pay the price I don't care
BUT TODAY AT THIS LOCATION THE YOUNG LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER AND MADE MY BLIZZARD IS FREAKING AMAZING SHE WAS AWESOME SHE DESERVES A RAISE SHE SHOULD BE RUNNING HIS PLACE BUT SHE MADE A ACTUAL BLIZZARD THE WAY I REMEMBER THEM SO THANK YOU AND IF YOU ARE THIS LADY'S MANAGER GIVE HER A RAISE

Went to the dairy queen on university about 10 minutes ago...ordered taco without tomatoes...I get home and there was still a few tomatoes in my tacos...so im guessing what they did is picked off what they could...I bit into the first taco and the meat was cold as heck...I ended up just dumping the meat out and took the lettuce out of it and gave it to my dog...
