This dq has a lot of kids working there, they have no sense of urgency or responsibility at all. Manager was just standing there looking at them. Go to another dq this one is dirty and customer service is not the best.

I ordered a chocolate oreo blizzard, I ate a little over half and the rest is just plain vanilla, this has been happening since 2020 with any blizzard I order, mix them, please and thanks.

GROSS, As I left the Grandview Dairy Queen drive through window around 5:45pm on 01/26/25 in Odessa, TX. I took a bite and noticed they microwaved my hamburger and it cooked all the hamburger veggies and harden the patty. I also could tell it was heated up in the microwave prior to handing it to me because the bun was so hot I almost could not hold it and it had a rubbery texture. Geez, if they heated it up that means more than likely at some point it cold down and it was already pre-cooked. Gross, I hope it doesn't make me sick. Geez...what is sad is they weren't even busy.

A four piece chicken strips were more nugget size, mostly breading that you could tell were under a warmer by how tough they were.
