Great service when I placed my order. Quick and no hassle. Time from ordering to receiving the ice cream wasn't too long since their drive thru was busy. They were able to get orders for both in a timely manner. The chocolate Choco brownie extreme tasted great and hit the spot.

Took my grandbabies to have dinner, we walk up and the lady at the counter looking at me and my grandbabies with distaste, no welcoming greeting nor smile, but I still continue placing my order she hands us our cups, they go to fill their drinks up and she is literally looking at them like they are going to break the Coke machine. I knew i should have just walked out and gone somewhere else but my grandkids were excited to have dairy Queen. We go sit down, the same lady that took her order came and just dropped our food on the table and walked away. I'm trying to be nice and cheerful not rude and mean in front of my grandkids. my granddaughter opens up her bag of chicken tenders and her gravy was spilled inside the bag, my granddaughter said it was okay she wasn't going to eat her gravy, she said maybe the lady was just having a bad day. Well this lady just turned my good day into a bad day just coming here, my burger was slightly cold, french fries weren't fresh. Anyways She was excited for her free dairy Queen cone so we went up there and we placed the order, another customer comes in they place an order next thing I know the lady in the back is yelling number three we were number one, well she got her Sundae she walked out and we were still standing there waiting for my granddaughters cone. So I approached the counter where the lady yelled number three and I asked her how long was it going to be for my ice cream cone and she told me how rude can you be. I told her I wouldn't be rude if I would have gotten my order first I felt that I was skipped. So she literally made me an ice cream cone that just had a dollop of ice cream on it not the pretty ones that they make. I was going to return it but my granddaughter saw her ice cream cone and she was all excited over it so I just handed it to her and just walked out with the intention of never coming back in here again. If you're not happy working at dairy Queen then you should go work somewhere, instead of being there with a sourpuss face greeting customers.

A bunch of disrespectful teenagers working here. I simply stated my soda tasted weak and they made fun of me saying it came from a bottle. One girl rolled her eyes at me. They proceeded to talk about me thinking I couldn't hear them. Sodas will taste weak when they're hot and they pour them over ice. But these kids aren't smart enough to know that apparently and made me seem like I was crazy. Used to come here often but will never visit again. Parents, do better.

I went to this location with my daughter and ordered a Reese’s blizzard and ate it on the way home, Later in the AM evening I was so sick!! I had high fever, throwing up, stomach cramps etc. I sure did call the health department and complain. Dairy Queen, You need to do better! I will never eat at this location again.

Kids burgers were burned and dry and tasted like freezer burn. Fries were old and soggy. The ice cream bars were expired. The nachos and cherry limeade were good. The ice cream sandwiches were good. I normally like DQ but this location was pretty subpar.
I order food from here all the time as well as drive thru I always get the same thing an it usually good if Im there to order it myself but if I order delivery they just slap everything together it's always a mess an isn't made right which sucks like I shouldn't have to be there at the window to make sure their making my food right like if I'm not there to say so then at the window then they don't do their job right which sucks cause it's your job regardless if I'm there to make sure ur doing it , but they slack off cause it won't matter once I get my food which sucks cause I I love dq lmao just feels like yal don't care about ur customers Im not wanting special treatment just want what I paid for sucks more cause delivery cost more an it's always the worst food , other than that I tried the Carolina realer tacos an it was literally just the regular taco maybe I got the wrong one or something but it sucked cause it's literally just yals tacos

Half the employees were standing around the service window just chatting amongst eachother with no regard for the customers waiting in line. My parents ordered tacos and both got rock hard shells that were beyond stale. To try and redeem the night we got blizzards. Guess the mixers broken because for the THIRD time now we got blizzards that had all the ingredients on top and not mixed in. On top of that they were already melting and weren't served upside down because they knew they'd fall out. Absolute horrible service all around.. and this is coming from a person who works in the service industry, i tend to be gracious about this kind of thing because I understand people have a bad day sometimes. But every single visit has been this way since I moved here. I refuse to believe your staff is this incompetent and if they really are then you are paying them way too much. Shame on management and the staff. Will not return to this location. Id rather drive to midland because atleast their competent people who care about quality service and food.

When we asked to speak to the mgr on duty (Bri) the employee had to go out in the parking lot and get her out of the backseat of car in the lot. When asked for the name and phone number of someone above her Bri gave us 2 different fake phones to call

Do NoT go here! Went for Ice Cream this evening. Should have stuck to BR's! Ordered the Heath Caramel Chocolate Brownie Cupfection. The Brownie was ice cold! The server wanted to dig out the Brownie from inside the cup and heat it up. I asked for a new one. She was irritated by the request. She still gave me a cold Brownie with my new cup. DQ - not the same anymore. Horrible Service

Food was very good, and I understand the stress of having a rush but the employees are rude, yelling at customers, then talking loudly about it and laughing, definitely the worst dq in Odessa. Employee whose name is precious was rude and was getting between customers without saying excuse me. Plus she got our orders wrong, gave 2 of us the wrong item. And when we calmly brought up that we had wrong orders and that we dont appreciate being yelled at, we were mocked and she claimed that we were blocking the area to grab food and that it was a bunch of kids in the way. We had maybe 2 kids and the rest of us were all adults. We were all told to wait there for our food because it was a lot of people and they didn't feel like looking for us. And then to be told we had to move aside and not be there?? Terrible customer service, will not be back.
