“Wanna give Johnny the MAnager a shout out! I definitely was on verge of leaving a bad review but JOHNNEY the MANAGER made the order perfect. The manager listened to the issue, and fixed it. I understand lack of staff and a line wrapped around the building. The quality was met. Patient and understanding lead to a great experience. It’s 2024 and if you think fast food is actually fast, you can expect average. If you wait be friendly and understanding, the quality of the foood come out great! I really appreciate the attentive ness and the willingness to correct what was wrong! I have orders here for months and I appreciate the effort even when there is mistakes! JOHNNY KEEP IT UP! “Of all the dominos locations in odessa, this one is BY FAR, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST! The staff is fast and friendly and their pizzas are just SO much better than all the other Domino's in town! Their handmade pan pizzas are absolute game changers. Pick up time is pretty accurate online so there's hardly ever much of a wait. These guys are awesome!
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from
Parking: Not huge and sometimes it's a tough squeeze, but it's not all that bad. Besides, you won't be there long. They get you in and out quickly.“

“Dominos is good pizza. But sometimes it’s not about just the pizza that makes your experiences good. Good service, being treated like you’re a human, and given just a little bit of respect when conducting business goes a long way. And I got all of that when I went to Dominos on University.“
“These guys went the extra mile. They accidentally got my order mixed up, and Mike and Ivan (i believe was his name) were very prompt in trying to make it right. They offered to keep my pizzas that were right on the hot rack while they fixed the order and pushed it to the front. Great job guys, this is how you keep customers coming back! All this, and I've always been a Pizza Hut guy! They got my business!“
