This store is hit or miss. Either the delivery person is amazing or they flat out just don't deliver it at all and take back to the store and then u get to drive up and pick it up and it's cold. Service with call in orders or problems with an order only gets you put on hold. I'm literally one block from being able to use a different store and wish I could. The people working at this store need training in customer service and consequences when they are rude or not professional with customers.

So I always called to place my order for pickup here in Odessa El Paso or Dallas and always ask for the coupons of 6.99 I called this time and a very rude lady answered she said I can’t give you the coupons you have to place your order online I told her I have order like 30 times and your the fisrt person telling me that and she said well you have to do your order online don’t have time I have other customers and I said can I speak to the manager she said I’m am the manager and hangs up then I call a other Dominos restaurant I order pizza and they totally give me the coupons I told them what happened and manager very lovely said your in you right to complain so in my opinion if you don’t want to work or your having a bad day don’t blame it on customers or yelling customers !! that’s not ok I was just only ordering a pizza for my children.
A woman from this store called me about a complaint I had made and she told me over and over about an item I didn't get and at first she lied about me only ordering Only one time from her store and then she corrected and said that I did ordered more then once from that store, she tried to find all the excuses and I even described the 3 delivery drivers at that particular store to her so she ran out of excuses but she still kept saying that I didn't order the items that I didn't get, what's the point of her calling customers to make herself look good by saying that me the customer is wrong?? Just don't bother to call cause she only looked bad.

It’s usually a hit and miss. Tonight was definitely a big MISS! Pizza was cold. I asked and paid for extra cheese and they literally didn’t put any cheese on the thin crust. The other pizza was a large New York style cheese pizza they forgot to cook. They said: that’ll be 38.74$

Ordered a pizza delivery as on Oxegen and disabled got the pizza that was made wrong not as ordered called in about it manager said they remake it but won’t deliver unexceptionable been ordering pizza there for 8 years but I’ll never order there agian thank for nothing

Absolute joke of a dominos? can't even get any one to answer the phone then when you do they put you on hold for 15 minutes because they don't wanna do their jobs. Normally was my go to place, not anymore with their ugly attitudes. Do not recommend to anyone, especially not pregnant women.

February 11 I placed an order for home delivery and they never told me when it arrived or when it arrived and they never called me when I went outside my order was lying on the floor! Today, February 27, I order online again and after they took a long time, what arrived was not the order I placed, my husband waited outside for them to return and they returned a while later OBVIOUSLY HE ALREADY WENT TO WORK AND TOOK THAT SAME ORDER ?because I wasn't going to wait for them to decide to return!!!! THEY ARE WORKING VERY BADLY ??♀️!!February 11 I placed an order for home delivery and they never told me when it arrived or when it arrived and they never called me when I went outside my order was lying on the floor!
