Pizza was super dry, hardly any sauce, this is the second time I got pizza like that here, the first being Super Bowl, when I got a super dry Philly cheese steak pizza. This was hardly fit to eat and I will not be going back to dominos again.

I was there early last month at the 87th st location in Odessa. I paid with my debit card and like always there was confusion because I didn’t pay online. So I paid and then the young man behind the register said that the system is down. So on the first transaction I left a tip so that was another ordeal because once they got the system up the amounts didnt match because I didn’t leave a tip on the second time I swiped my card. They assured me I would only get charged once. But that was not true. I was charged $16 twice so I ended up paying $32 for a $16 pizza. So I called when the charges cleared so I called the store and they said that the regional manager was the only one that could issue a refund, to call back the next day at 10:30 when he was there. I tried for 3 days but finally realized that it wasnt worth it. Really?? Nobody can issue a $16 refund? I’ll never purchase anything from them again. If you don’t order and pay online this place is useless. Don’t go in there with cash because that will be a problem too.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it barely has any toppings on it. So I ordered the next pizza with extra everything and it still has no toppings?? Very disappointing pizza

This location is a hit or miss. They never slice the Pizzas ALL the way and customer service is very poor.
Two of three pizzas ordered were wrong then wanted to tell my husband I can remake but it’s gonna be about 30 minutes while telling me later “it’s ten minute wait yo redo a pizza what’s the big deal” this used to be the best dominoes around and lately every order is wrong… smh
Trying to talk to a local manager results in being hung up on when asked for corporates number… told “ have fun getting in touch with someone”
And it was the manager making the pizzas.
She needs a different career! 💯
Steer clear and do yourself a favor and go to Marco’s
They at least treat customers well.

Might be the worst slice of pizza ever. Asked for extra sauce, extra pepperoni. Got a pizza with almost no cheese, no sauce, not even extra pepperoni. I would call it cardboard status, but cardboard is probably better. Friday ruined :(

The app was a bit cumbersome this time, not wanting to load, but once the order was in our family's pizza was ready in 15 minutes and all were just as expected. We do the drive up window, so atmosphere doesn't really count.
