Two of three pizzas ordered were wrong then wanted to tell my husband I can remake but it’s gonna be about 30 minutes while telling me later “it’s ten minute wait yo redo a pizza what’s the big deal” this used to be the best dominoes around and lately every order is wrong… smh
Trying to talk to a local manager results in being hung up on when asked for corporates number… told “ have fun getting in touch with someone”
And it was the manager making the pizzas.
She needs a different career! 💯
Steer clear and do yourself a favor and go to Marco’s

I just tried to call hoping for help to order online because it wouldn't let me order for some reason. Whoever answered the phone. If you didn't want to come to work and give at least minimum customer service? Then STAY AT HOME!!!!

Ordered a pizza and a drink using the online app, paid generous 20% tip in advance, tip alone over $6.00. Pizza was delivered timely and was good, but my drink was not delivered. Driver "Stacie" had walked some distance away from my door before I could holler "Drink?" to let her know that my drink was missing. She replied that "they didn't include a drink", and just kept walking. When I reiterated that I had ordered a drink she said something unintelligible and still just kept walking. No apology, no attempt to make things right. She made it quite clear that she could care less. Last time I try to be nice by tipping in advance, and last time I order from this Domino's.
Then I filed a claim using their lame "Delivery Insurance" in the online app. It offered me some credits toward future purchases, but that's not what I want. I want money back for the drink that I did not receive, and I want my tip money back, and I want additional compensation for wasting my time.

As long as you do not expect accuracy or good customer service you will be fine. Part of my order was missing. I was told it would be redelivered. After waiting over an almost an hour and a half I called to check on status. Their so called manager stated it had been redelivered. When I told her it wasn’t delivered to my home she just ignored me and basically called me a liar. Stating again it had been delivered. We were weekly customers but due to her attitude we will go elsewhere.Ruined Super Bowl Sunday because of. Wish I wasn’t in a wheelchair.

Every single time my wife or I order from this particular Dominos, they always mess up our order. Good luck calling and getting ahold of anyone at the store to correct the order. They don't answer the phone. They let it ring until it goes to the Verizon message stating that they didn't answer your call. When they finally do answer the phone the put you on hold indefinitely until you hang up. I was on hold for over 30 mins when I finally did get an answer. The app is no help getting your order attempted to be fixed but at least the app can answer you apparently. I will be making a point to contact the franchise directly instead of calling the store. Hopefully they can make some changes and fix the product and customer service at this store. I love dominos and have ordered them for years but this is the worst store I've ever had to deal with out of the dozens Ive ordered from.

I used to love it but I placed an order and it arrived raw and poorly cooked when I returned it they sent me another one exactly the same and I already went to take it myself and they had very bad hygiene I saw the one who bakes removing snot anyway I won't order anything else there in the 42
They didn’t ask me what kind of crust I wanted on my pizza I annd made the wrong one that we didn’t even get offered and said I was getting a discount on a medium pizza for $16. They made us a pepperoni with the wrong crust so I left the pizza there and told him to keep my money because it was horrible service.
